Here you go, would all members consider using this topic please read and note these guidelines carefully: This site actively discourages the advertising of tickets for sale above face value. And we discourage the posting of link to web-sites / auction sites that do so as well. If members genuinely have spare tickets after their efforts to secure best possible views then they might offer them in this thread here but only at face value plus the fees and postage only. However as we do not want to provide a market for people seeking to sell for profit these trades are kept under close scrutiny. If any registered member offers face value but subsequently starts a bidding auction or asking inflated prices when in private messsage discussions please consider reporting the member to one of the mod team. The message board and its owners cannot accept any liability if these private deals break down. Martin

What is the safest way to sale an extra ticket? Anybody had an experience?

I put my 2 extra tickets on a site. It's only been 3 days, but I see other listings in the same area that have been up 2 wks and have not sold. So I am not sure. I guess there are plenty of crooks out there and it's hard to tell the honest from the not. Also the sites take 10-20% so you either pay them extra to break even OR buy on a board like this. S O L D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for that information.... I checked all day yesterday, and the only thing that came up for me, is section 106 Row 3. Or VIP tickets
Nothing available on the floor. As a mater of fact it kept converting to VIP when I checked floor only. I can't afford that...so I'm giving up. Ticketmaster has gone evil and puts all the good tickets on their resale site after the first couple of minutes. That's probably where the seats that I want, are. I've not gone to 3 major acts, that I've really wanted to see, in the last year, that I've wanted to attend because everything was on the resale site, at double the price in under 5 min. I refuse to be fleeced, duped and swindled by Ticketmaster. I did get a seat that was released later for Coldplay, at a later date than the initial sale. It was a pretty good seat, so where was it, all that time ?!? They even will text you apparently, when they rerelease tickets from the resale site. Unfortunately, I'll be at work, most likely. Ticketmaster has nothing to lose, if they gauge it wrong and people like me, give up, or refuse to buy their tickets on the resale site and don't bother to check back later. I've bought a ticket for a really good seat, Eagles, third row center, 1 day before the concert...where were those tickets all that time? My friend had 14th row, bought on the 1st day of the sale... so they are gambling with the artists sales, in hopes people check back after the first sales dates. Also got a U2 ticket second row on the riser, near the stage... 2 days before a show, another time. Most likely, I won't check back tho, don't like ticket games being played. Just tried, sec 106 Row 12 My friend has a not so nice name for Ticketb*****d we are not falling for their tricks. 
Hopefully all the artists get together and will demand better and more ethical service. Can't get any of the VIP now and yesterday the VIP was only for side sections!!! Last year, I had the side section which was so far to the side, I had to watch the Jumbotron because I didn't have binoculars, and that was the 5th row!! 
I'm just trying to state the facts to my experience... It has been happening in the last year, to too many artists shows. The resale site, you HAVE TO buy two tickets, so then you have to sell the second ticket, if you want only one. I lost money doing that once! I'm going to wind up seeing shows on DVD only, if this persists. Not the live shows that I love, but Ticketmaster has gotten too greedy !!! -

Don't give up yet! I was getting frustrated but mine just sold on a popular ticket site yesterday. You just have to be willing to probably lose a little money. It cost me most of the ticket fees to sell them, but a friend had 2 extra, better seats we are taking, so it all worked out. The things we do for our man, Paul!
