I'm getting Tug of War first, then Pipes of Peace later. Saw that there's a cool tote bag at Best Buy -
I'm wondering why it's taking Amazon so long to deliver these CDs. I won't receive my copies until tomorrow....one week after their release date. Amazon used to deliver purchases of new product almost immediately.

After a week of waiting, Amazon finally got around to sending me a message informing me that they were unable to obtain copies of "Tug of War" and "Pipes of Peace" and were cancelling my order!! What??? How could they not obtain copies and why did they wait one week after their release dates to inform me of this??? I am damn angry!!!!

That is weird. Were you ordering the deluxe sets? I just checked and Amazon shows them as in stock, so I would try to order again and see what happens. How frustrating and sorry this has happened to you.

Yeah, I was....ordering the Deluxe Box sets. To make it worse, I was in a Best Buy the other day and saw they had them....now they don't, at least at the three Best Buy's I have been to today...in Northern Virginia!!! I'll look back at the Amazon site... Thanks. I hope they don't pull this sort of thing when the Beatles' "1" is released next month....with the DVD's, etc.

No, I was not ordering the one with the DVD's etc., just the CD's. They seem to have the Deluxe sets in stock...I just checked on their site. I don't really want the DVD's. To make it worse, I was in a Best Buy the other day and saw they had the CD's, today they don't, at least not at the three Best Buy's I have been to..in Northern Virginia!!! Sold out.
