Even the VIP packages are lottery? I really don't like the idea of paying that much money and potentially getting a rubbish seat.

I don't know why but the purchase page(the button titled BUY) does not open and send out the massage that you need a password for "http://suolrednow.com / "Member Site" What the fuck is going on here? Koichi

Yes, I saw that. But when I've looked at other shows, I've been able to at least see the row and seat number before I buy. And some places let you actually pick the exact seat, showing you what's available and what's not. For general stuff, I can kind of understand the lottery system but not for these kinds of tickets.

Thanks for the reply. But if it does not start working when it is supposed to, why do they bother telling us when it starts working. This is very strange..... Koichi

You're welcome, and good luck. I hope you'll get your tickets.

Wait, 1,5 months since the announcement this ticket sale still isn't through? And when he announces a gig in Europe or America we have to drop everything we're doing, book accommodation and fix time off a mere few weeks in advance and already missed the first pre-sale if you blinked, haha...

The Japan ticket system really sucks... I so much would like to get a VIP-Ticket but the registration just does not work! There is no link or email with the URL to confirm the registration. Can anyone help?

After I applied for the lottery, at least I got a confirmation mail from Kyodo. If you do not, probably your application does not go through. I will see what you probably miss during the registration after I go back home. P.S I am totally with you. This ticket system really really sucks. Koichi

Check the mail box one more time and if you can not find any confirmation mail for entering the lottery, please feel free to PM me. I will send the one I got from Kyodo to you as a sample. I hope that everything will work out for you. Sincerely, Koichi

I have the same problem....registration goes through, and the page says (via Google Translate) that they have sent an email. But nothing. Sigh.

Hi Click the link below https://ticket.kyodotokyo.com/rirekilist.do Then fill in the first space with your log-in ID (which probable 10 degit numbers) and the second one with your password. Once you log in, you will see which the lottery tickets you enter. Sincerely, Koichi

I just called up the info center (0570-550-799)and was told that the confirmation mail is sent out as soon as you enter the lottery... I am so sorry that I should have checked this page yesterday. Maybe you should ask for help directly from SLO, which is probably a lot easier to deal with. Sincerely, Koichi

Thanks Koichi, The problem is they never sent the first email with my login ID (after I registered with Kyodo). Even though the page said registration was successful and the email would be sent. Frustrating - but guess I will wait for PM sale

G'day, long time listener, first time caller. Never used Crowdsurge before, but after years of waiting here in Sydney, i've got my flights booked to Tokyo and i couldn't be more excited. If anyone's experienced with the Crowdsurge presale - any hot tips or advice for the site? Do they generally tell you what the seats are when you order? (I know some presales in the Japanese market don't...) Can't wait to get stuck in.

Thank you Koichi for your help! I finally managed to enter the lottery for VIP - the problem was my German Email-account with ending .de! I had to create a new account with .com! BUT too bad, I did not win I still hope to get tickets through the official sale - if there are any good tickets left at all... : Do you know how it works? Will the selling process be in Japanese as well? Will VIP-Tickets be sold too?? @ jimfischer - good luck for the pre-sale!
