Tug of peace (by no means a great track/song in itself. But it works quite well in the context that it was intended for; a sort of "part two" of the song Tug of War, when that album was considered a double album. I hope that's reason enough to remove it from the list. ) Atlantic ocean Bridge over the river suite Corridor music Front parlour Frozen jap Hey hey Hotel in Bendiorm Let's love Party party Rudolph the red-nosed reggae Squid

Can someone please tell me if Corridor music is the little snippet after Good Day Sunshine, or is it really the name for the alternate version of Good Day Sunshine? Thanks!

Yes, "Corridor music" is the little snippert of music after "Good day sunshine" on the cd versions (roughly 20 seconds). It's basically just a bass riff with heavy echo and some sounds and noises from the movie. "Good day sunshine" is longer on the cd version than it is on the LP version. Not sure what you mean with alternate version.

Thanks... that is probably his shortest song then? As far as GDS I just meant it was wee bit different than the original Beatles version, not much...probably shouldn't have said alternate...I didn't think the Corridor Music was going to be the short bit, so I was trying to make GDS a different song somehow...

No problem. The 1984 "Give my regards..." version is a re-recording. And the cd version is a bit longer than the LP version. They are both the same re-recording and different to the Beatles version. So I geuss you could call it alternate I have to correct myself though. The sounds I heard in my heard (the bass riff with heavy echo) isn't "Corridor Music".....that's the start of "No more lonely nights" with rain and thunder added. "Corridor Music" is electric guitar and drum machine. But still with movie sounds and roughly 20 seconds.

Thanks for the information on that... will have to listen to the two then. I'm going to have to make a list. Have enjoyed listening to these last songs. Might not have done it before!! Wow with Paul and Ringo talking in there, it's such a quick little bit, isn't it?

Atlantic ocean isn't bad I don't think. Quite a nice jam (it's the version in the middle of Oobu Joobu pt2, right?). Not his worst, so it's out now I think. Bridge over the river suite Corridor music Rudolph the red-nosed reggae

Kind of fitting that "Corridor music" was the last song standing. And "Rudolph" next in line - a tune he didn't write himself
-
Well that's that. Bit of an anticlimax cause CM isn't really a proper song. I'm still pissed that Freedom didn't 'win'...and always will be!

'Congratulations' to Corridor Music!!!
