Or maybe a watermelon smoothie given the colour.
Sounds chemical. It's a very vivid colour.Otherwise, Nancy R. What are Margaritas?

And here's a photo for a laugh.
I think Paul McCartney is beautiful even in this position.
Really he is photogenic. -

^ Lord, that looks like a death mask!
I remember seeing this photo of Linda's exhibited at the time. It's at Francis Bacon's studio and Paul had made a remark at the time about how Linda had focused the camera so perfectly to get the cracks in the mirror. He also commented on the life mask of Francis Bacon and how Bacon even did a study of paintings on the mask. It is called a life mask if made on a live person, because even tho their eyes have to be closed to make the mask, they are alive when it was made. There was a practice of making death masks especially before the time of photos.
Linda at painter Francis Bacon's studio
That mask is also coming up for sale in the US, maybe Paul will paint his face like Bacon did?

Isn't that maybe the last photo of Linda? (certainly the last she took of herself)

I read that Mary was there at this photo shoot and I've also read that Linda was an admirer of Francis Bacon.

Well that link has her birth year wrong, but the photo undoubtedly was taken in 1997 since both links state that. I just seem to remember reading that it was the last photo she took of herself.

Good colorizing job on this photo taken by Linda in fall of 1968 in London.

Wow! Paul McCartney looks great in this photo. I'm not sure though if the suit is the right one for this roll in the grass.

True! He is wearing the pink pants/jacket he wore on the Mad Day Out photoshoot July 28, 1968.

He is very relaxed. A bit pouting even I think.

^ That last photo was posted on FB in Paul McCartney Fanthology, but it was a photo of a photo taken off of an iPad or a TV or something and the angle made Paul's head look huge! Everybody was freaking out! The moderator (who is a friend of mine) had to turn off the commenting!
ETA: Sent the photo to the moderator and she posted it just now!

Where did you get the photo? I read it was from a Rick Rubin documentary. The makeup artist was the one who originally posted the weird looking photo on her IG.

This answers the question I had as to when Paul shaved his beard prior to his wedding to Linda.
These photos taken Feb. 13, 1969 at launch party for Mary Hopkin's album Postcard.
Who is this with Paul?

Yes, I know that she posted it. It looks like it was from a TV. I actually had that one posted here 1st but then saw it corrected by someone in another group. But he doesn't know yet what interview it was for. That makeup artist did his makeup for the new docu but who knows if it was for that. On her page she also has the pics of Paul & Taylor & also of Paul & Mary so maybe she always does his makeup?
