Take care with type of deal. Japanese product imported to the USA explaining the price. Plus it's a concert documentary recorded many years ago so quality does not match those filmed more recently. Indeed the quality does not warrant transfer to BluRay (High Definition video) as the original source material was certainly not recorded to that level of quality. It's unlikely this is officially sanctioned or had has access to the original source film for the transfer to this format. The last official release seems to have been through LionsGate in 2005 and remains available at $11.98 http://www.lionsgateshop.com/product.asp?Id=9884&TitleParentId=3430&View=ProductDetails and through other on-line retailers. Slightly better value.. Martin

This was a cinema release, so although i don't know a lot about film etc, surely cinema quality film should be good enough for a blu ray release?
-
yes the quality will be good.....however the price is way too much..still less than seeing him live in many sections these days though..far better band and voice to boot
-
I have the regular DVD of that (from Amazon) It's only $8.54 right now!

For that price, Paul himself should deliver the blu-ray to me backstage next time he performs over here.

The bottom line is if this is a major release/repackaging it will be available from all main retailers on-line and high street in the USA and UK there's no need to be considering Japanese imports at such prices. Martin

It was a joke. I know this is a Japanese blu-ray imported by Amazon US, which is why the price is so high. I just thought people would be interested in learning that it exists.

It's now been released in Mexico at much lower prices.
