Brian Ray Archived

I have had quite a lot of spare time on my hands recently,as i have been off work recovering from a left sided stroke,so i thought i would read through this tread to try and catch up with things ,and info about Brian Ray.And it really did make me smile a lot
I have found Di's Russian site
,and also Miho's japanese site, the Brian Q&A were great
But also mentioned a lot through the thread were Fiona's site and Brian Q&A, which everyone said were really good, but i have tried getting onto the site but i can't seem to find it.
Can anyone tell me how to find it ,as curiosity is getting the better of me and i would love to read them
Thanks
-
Fiona can explain - her old "brian ray unofficial site" has been removed since she is now Brian's webmistress on his Official Site! She has said she'll be reposting his Q&A from this non-existant site on the official site sometime soon

I?m sorry to hear that Dawn, I hope you?re doing ok now. What better way to recover than to spend time reading all about Brian Ray?

What Sue said about my ?unofficial? Brian site is correct. I took over as the webmistress for Brian's official site recently
and it didn?t make sense to keep the unofficial site going any more. The Q&A is fantastic - I was chuffed to bits when Brian agreed to do it for my website!! He answered over 100 questions, most of which were submitted by people from this thread. I'll be posting it on his official site soon, and I?ll let everyone here know when it's up.

Thanks Fiona for the explanation,I thought that it was just me not being very good at computers !!
But i am getting better at this now
And as for the stroke ,i am getting much better too. I can now walk properly again, although i can manage to trip over anything ( much to my familys amusement
) The only problem i have at the moment is that i don't have any use in my left hand. But hopefully that will get back to normal in a few more months.Anyway you would be surprised what you can do with one hand
But i am a bit slow at typing
I guess we never know what is around the corner for us in life ! (well maybe thats a good thing )
Anyway i will look forward to reading the Q&A when you do them

Dawn, sorry to hear about your stroke, but great news that you are looking at a full recovery! I hear that a positive attitude can work wonders when recovering from illness. This thread should certainly give you an upbeat outlook on life! This is a great group of people who really care about each other.

If you want to hear some of Brian?s music, check out the website for the film The Failures ? Brian and Abe composed the soundtrack to the film. If you play the trailer, you?ll hear a few short excerpts ? all but one of the pieces are Brian and Abe! It sounds FANTASTIC!! http://www.thefailuresmovie.com There's a nice interview with Brian on the French Beatles site www.yellow-sub.net [the interview is in Englsih]. I think it was done around the time of the '04 Summer Tour. Here is a direct link to it: http://www.yellow-sub.net/oeuvre/dossiers/brianray/engint01.php3 I also have a Yahoo Group dedicated to Brian - it's how got interested in the whole web design thing
- which you are welcome to join. There are loads of great photos as well as more links to other Brian/Paul websites. http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/brianray/ Hope this helps!

The Yahoo Group is definitely worth joining. There are people who post there who don't post here so you get to know of more people...it's nice. The Failures excerpts are BRILLIANT!

No I haven't seen it yet, I must look out for it on TV. Not keen on this version of it to be honest, but it's still a great cause and very cool that Paul is playing on it.
