I watching the events unfold on here last night wonderful stuff how anyone can complain about it beyond me,Paul is what he is a former Beatle and he doesnt want anyone to forget that and hey with that sort of legacy its no wonder. I only hope when the tour reaches the UK the setlist is very similar because i'd be in hogs heaven my only gripe was i wasnt there but i know our time will come soon enough.
People "complain" because everybody has their favorites. Really, how would anyone forget McCartney was a Beatle - lol.

Those who complain, will always complain. I don't care what he plays, I am just happy seeing him! However this, for me, is spectacular! When I see him in July the set list will be ALMOST completely different from the first time I saw him.

I always loved "Hope of Deliverance", saw it on 1993 tour. McCartney really seems to enjoy himself doing that song, like Abe on guitar also - lol

With Mark E Smith et al? WOW!!

according to Paul McCartney's Out There post via facebook: The show opened with 'Eight Days A Week', which Paul had previously only played live once with The Beatles in 1965. Other tracks in the set include 'Your Mother Should Know', 'Being For The Benefit Of Mr Kite!', 'Lovely Rita', 'All Together Now', 'Another Day', 'Listen To What The Man Said', 'Hi, Hi, Hi' and 'We Can Work It Out'!

I did think that The Beatles did play Eight Days The Week live.

the new set list sounds so fantastic!! Such interesting choices-Mr.Kite? All Together now? Lovely Rita? I love it!!! So happy that Listen to What the Man Said & Hope of Delieverance is included-and I love that he opens with 8 Days A Week. Whoever goes to see him, is in for a real treat. Thanks to everyone for posting the You Tube clips!

I'd like to give a round of applause to the Belo Horizonte fans. I just saw the picture of the thousands of "Thank You Paul" signs. He must have been so thrilled!! You folks really know how to make Paul's shows a communal experience for everyone, including Paul. Very cool.

I just can't be bothered to go through so many pages.... It's too overwhelming... Does anyone have a link handy, to some decent pics from last night? (I'm avoiding YouTube videos.... but I'll look at still pics.) Thanks in advance.
