If Republicans want to be responsible...and pay out of their own pockets...for any and all oil related problems...I'll support oil energy more
Naaah - Libs already get too many "bailouts"
How much do you pay for oil related problems out of your own working pocket...and, how much working taxpayer paid benefits are you receiving from the working taxpayer paid government...as a republican? i thought so...
Why don't you specify what 'oil related problems' you're talking about
I did...isn't "any and all" thorough enough?
Mmm - I didn't quite catch that...perhaps you could either post them again or let us know where you 'mentioned' this previously. And while you're at it, remind me what oil problems you think we 'should' be paying for.

Petrol strike hasn't happened (yeah, thanks for the trouble, Cameron!) and yet the local Sainsbury's STILL has no petrol.

Really interesting that Canada's gas prices have hit the roof @$5.68 usd gal Canada is the one with the tar sands oil and they would drill their grandmother out of her grave if they could get more oil. And Obama has nothing to do with their prices : ....really puts a BIG HOLE into the argument that Obama is responsible for our high gas prices. http://www.treehugger.com/environmental-policy/gas-prices-canada-hitting-record-highs-us-568-gallon-and-they-cant-blame-obama.html

Food inflation seen back on the table as prices rise Wed Apr 4, 2012 6:01pm EDT * Strong correlation with high oil price MILAN, April 5 (Reuters) - World food prices are likely to rise for a third successive month in March, and could gain further beyond that, with expensive oil and chronically low stocks of some key grains putting food inflation firmly back on the economic agenda. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/04/04/food-fao-idUSL6E8F42J520120404

Increasing taxes is an governmental, inflationary move. It does nothing to bring prices down (it's only hot air - it's never worked)

All forms of price increases are inflationary,Andy. It's just that wages are much much slower to catch up. And, for the lower paid members of the workforce...it is a constant struggle to make ends meet. The relative buying power of low paid working people was at it's best in the late 1960's and has steadily dropped ever since. http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0774473.html Why don't we just give all of everyone's money to the rich...and make the republicans happy?

it's a no win situation. Nobody's happy & blaming everyone isn't solving a thing.

well...they *are* on an island but $7 a gallon? : Ours has backed down to close to $4.25 & you say wow...that's cheap. That's probably what they want...it'll go past 5 & come back down a little & you will be happy.
