If you just did a transcript and asked who said this .... He sounds close to President Obama's words ... except for two types of energy. I wonder how much his thoughts on all this have changed now that 5 years have gone by since he said those words ....

Now he's saying this: http://www.npr.org/2011/10/28/141807732/romney-seemingly-shifts-on-climate-change but seems like he's shifted all over the place even in the same year check this out these are some quotes "I think the global warming debate is now pretty much over and people recognize the need associated with providing sources which do not generate the heat that is currently provided by fossil fuels ..." Boston Herald, July 24, 2003 I have to tell you with regards to global warming that that?s something, which, you?re right, the scientists haven?t entirely resolved CNBC, Feb 7, 2007 So in 07 he had 2 different opinions on climate change and gas/energy he is all over the place on everything
-
Is this how the left combats the fact that their fearless leader president flip flops on various means of energy on a daily basis? LOL The question is to drill or not to drill....if you want a solid answer, don't go to Obama for that
-
Pretty words, speeches, from anyone who happens to be protected (personal finances and/or gov't paid transportation) from being financially hurt because of higher prices are not helpful - in the end they only add hot air

So now we know where republicans stand on oil prices they stand with big oil The republican senate has just filibustered a vote to end subsidies to oil corporations...like they really need it : They feel so sorry for oil companies. What a joke for their supporters who are complaining about gas prices..wake up Here's what they voted to protect: http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/2012/02/pumped_and_quartered.html from the article:
each penny rise in the average quarterly (three months) price of a gallon of gas corresponds to a $200 million increase in quarterly profits of the big five oil companies?BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and Royal Dutch Shell.

I don't necessarily stand with Big Oil - What I am against is Big Government

Sounds like a sound bite andy What big government don't you like : Perhaps big government that protects clean air : maybe government that tries to keep food safe : How about government that keeps seniors from living in poverty with social security : or maybe government that keeps seniors healthy in their old age with medicare : perhaps you don't like big government that tries to reinforce standards for clean water : or perhaps you don't like big government that tries to make cars more efficient so that you don't have to use as much gasoline : or maybe you hate government that says cars have to have a level of safety built in : perhaps you hate big government that states that people who need kidney dialysis should be taken care of rather than left to die because no one can afford the expense of dialysis : maybe you hate government that won't let employers hire children to do work that adults usually do. : I bet you hate big government that insists that employers pay employees a decent wage..since they'll all do that anyway : You probably hate big government that tries to provide a good education for all children : And I'll bet you really hate government that tries to help people get a college education : So which one of these do you hate : All of them :

Sally - I won't "quote" any one of your "baits". People in general do not like government (that is one growing in size). It's more costly _ simple economics ... You and I will not ever agree on most issues ... just like you and Rich usually do not agree. The President has said drilling of oil has increased. True & false. True because of permits issued by the Clinton & Bush Administrations. Not true because of permits issued the Obama Admin. Less permits have been granted by the current Admin.

First thing I've ever heard you say that makes sense ...you and I will never agree...people sure do like the things that govt. does for them... Hope you're not compromising yourself by using medicare or social security.. Also as most dr's education is subsidized by government hope you're not getting any medical care....else you would be a hypocrite...which I suspect you are

Always laugh at you andy..because you're so uninformed it's laughable if it weren't so dangerous. We can't drill our way out of the oil situation..but I waste my time explaining to you...flat earthers such as yourself don't absorb facts or science easily.

Not sure why you think Andy would be laughing at himself, when in fact it's your very own 'My Favorite Martian' character, Barrack Obama who's talking from both sides of his mouth on this issue...the irony is your recent rash of posts trying to prove some Romney flip flop pattern...And even if there was some merrit to that, in Romney's case, his change of heart has come over years with careful thought and lessons learned while your little weeny changes his rhetoric on a day to day basis, depending whether he's talking to his extreme left 'green energy' freak supporters or everyday people who'll he'll have to depend on their votes...LOL

the price of a gallon of gasoline in the U.S. should be $2.50 and minimum wage should be $8.00 an hour yesterday
-
