Obamanomics is all about passing the blame and/or changing the topic.
Then explain why we've had 24 consecutive months of job GROWTH under Obama. Prove me wrong. Dare ya'.
I dare you to prove yourself right. The big lie regarding job growth figures has been exposed
And where none of this was President Bush's fault then, it's all President Obama's fault now, right?

Sorry, but I don't speak in absolutes like that...I will say that whatever was wrong with our economy in 2008 was only made worse by the numbnuts in the whitehouse

That is the most cowardly, evasive response I've seen since -- well -- Mitt Romney's response to the President's recent Executive Order to stop the deportation of 800,000 immigrants. If you're not man enough to admit the glaringly obvious factors that contributed to the U.S. economic downturn on Bush's watch -- then debating with you is a futile endeavor.

So in saying that there's some blame that can be cast upon both parties is cowardly? Is that what I'm hearing?

6/14/2012 President Obama: The Biggest Government Spender In World History The U.S. has never before had a President who thinks so little of the American people that he imagines he can win re-election running on the opposite of reality. But that is the reality of President Obama today. ... ?There is, now, a house-of-cards feel about this administration... (it's alarming) the idea that he knows so little about the effects of his own economic program that he thinks he really is a low spender.? http://www.forbes.com/sites/peterferrara/2012/06/14/president-obama-the-biggest-government-spender-in-world-history/ He knows that he's a big spender ... His goal is a bigger government than ever ... When he said, "The private sector is doing fine..." that was not a faux pas, (I believe) it was truly him speaking from his heart. It's the public sector that he wants to grow and the expense of the private sector no matter how many people it economically hurts!
Unfortunately, here are the facts not that they mean anything to the brain-dead delusional repubs. : : http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2012/03/obama-most-fiscally-conservative-president-in-modern-history/254658/ Yep, the greatest growth in government spending (since Nixon) HAS BEEN WITH ALL REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTS lowest government spending has bee all Dem presidents The repub brain can not absorb facts due to being brain washed that is why they vote against their own interests like the lemmings they are

How DARE you go, substantiating your position with facts!??? Oy vey! Fear, ignorance and pie-in-the-sky, hair-brained theories are what resonate with conservatives.

I try to stay away from this thread because of lame statements like "The repub brain can not absorb facts due to being brain washed" Really? Come on.....

Republican principles are not the issue. It is Republican politicians who have sullied the ideology. Bill Clinton was a pretty darn good Republican.
-
All I see is a bunch of name calling to people who may not agree with the other persons ideas or beliefs.......no one gets anywhere doing that
-
In addition to debating my conservative friends, I also vote.

If you really read this thread you will see that this is true...the repubs who come on this thread do not absorb facts Such as post I posted above re US republican governments being the ones who have increased government spending MUCH MORE then dem. governments. List all the research with all the stats and FACTS and then again they come back over and over with the same crap Obama biggest spender. They seem to think that facts are opinion..stunningly ignorant. The republican representatives policies deny climate change and scientific evidence..when the facts prove them overwhelmingly, absolutely wrong. They can't really debate anything because they don't know how to use facts. The republican economic policy has been a massive failure..yet they promote the same policies that caused the failure. Their followers vote against their own best interests. If that isn't brain washed ignorance I don't know what it is. I'll be glad to discuss any of this...but I warn I will use FACTS difficult to avoid them and have any accuracy. It's also difficult to be polite to those who have caused so much destruction to humanity by their policies.

I do read this thread......all the time. I just choose not to post much because of the ridiculous banter back and forth....and no I don't call it a debate. I think both sides show facts, which are convienent to their side only and totally disregard the facts shown on the other side. I also feel one side has caused so much destruction to humanity by their policies, but I choose not to call them spineless and brain-washed....

The choice is simple: You can support the side that makes focused efforts to stabilize the economy -- and has. Or you can support the side that has repeatedly screwed up the economy.

And which side is that? Could go either way
-
C'mom people, there is another choice: Libertarians. Less state Smaller government Individual freedom Free market Freewill!

Ron Paul speaks a LOT of truth -- however, his ideology of virtually zero government would have disastrous results.

Not true, you can also choose not to support either of these 2 sides. Like I do, for instance. Also you can choose to support BOTH of these 2 sides. Like big corporations do, for instance.

Remember during the primaries when Willard Romney said in no uncertain terms that he'd repeal the DREAM Act? He seems to be dancing around that -- now that Obama has backed ol' Mittens into a corner on the issue. Gotta' love Mitt: A man who sticks to his convictions.

Additionally, you'd think it'd be a no-brainer for him...considering that his own father was a Mexican immigrant.
