What's the weather like where you are?

HELLO my Maccaboard friends!!! Am enjoying a beautiful 64 degree day with blue skies and white puffy clouds here in the UK. Much better than the hot and humid climate back home in the States.

So glad that you are finally able to get onboard here! How long are you in the UK? Have fun!
Storms are coming through here so that cooled us off a tad.

Thank you Nancy, it's good to get back in. I'm staying with some of my UK friends. I spent a bit of time in Glasgow to see Linda's exhibit. It was quite amazing and oh so enjoyable to revisit some of my favorite photos of hers. I would highly recommend a visit while it's on. Spent time with my friend who is a big fan of Scottish architecture, especially Mackintosh. We also went to the town named after my early Scottish forefathers. Now I'm back in England, enjoying the mild summer weather and being out in the country. Needed to get away from the heat and political news and just destress and relax.

Sounds great! It never got too bad where I am. Today the high is to be 88 and tomorrow only 75 with rain.

Hi Oobu, glad to be back on board as well. Will be enjoying the UK for a wee bit longer. It's been so peaceful and great to see some of me olde UK friends. Eating a lot of British favs and walking around the most beautiful olde English towns, villages and countrysides. Missed some friends this trip so I hope to get back much sooner, especially in the heat of summer!!! I expect my garden, at home, will be dead as I had trouble with the faucet right before I left. There are such nice gardens here, it really makes up for it all.

It has finally cooled down and is beautiful out. We went from near record highs to a possible overnight record breaking low tonight in 2 days!!
-
It's cooled off here too for a couple of days. But the heat & darn humidity will be back for the weekend.
-
Hot/humid again & averaging 30 degrees celcius w/ little or no rain.
-
Too hot & humid.
-
73 now. High was 86. Low tonight 68. Hotter tomorrow.

It's currently 64F here in Northern Ireland. It's overcast, has been most of the day, and though Accuweather on Apknite says it's partly cloudy, it also says that it's going to start raining in 78 minutes. Though, you can never predict the weather in Ireland. It changes so frequently! You never know whether you should take an umbrella and raincoat with you during the summer and if you decide to go without either it'll most definitely rain. Haha!

Hurricane Dorian is headed our way.

Finally cooled down here a bit today, was able to give the air conditioner a break. Won't last long though.

It’s only gotten hotter in Atlanta - high 93 today and expected to be 97 tomorrow! Rest of week 91-95. Lows 68-72.
-

It turned out to be a pretty small storm. We lost electricity for 2 hours, but that was about it. We did not even get much rain.
I was in New York during hurricane Sandy. That was a storm.

Too hot for this time of year! We will be back up in the 100s by the end of the week.

I know! It actually went up to 99, not 97 that day! It is 91 now, going up to 93.
