I believe that men and women are equally important... but they are different...and can and do serve to make a very complimentary team in the eternal scheme of things I think it's neat that Iceland's President is a Woman! -

Yay Iceland! Also Iceland is one of the "happiest places to live" in the world. People are supposedly very content to live there. Rock on women! That is the cutest puppy! -
Countries with female leaders are always happier. Not so much Britain, but normal countries.
