        Hi Steve, I recall seeing these pictures as well, but always great to see them again. So much going on in these shots, LOVE seeing the Coca-Cola signs, the gumball machines, and the old Budweiser truck - very cool! Thanks so much for posting!

              The wood really caught my eye when I first saw the cart. It looked like wall and floor boards out of an old warehouse or apartment building with at least one piece of tongue and groove finish board on the very top of the pile!

                I thought the same and find it interesting as it is so telling of the times and the desperation that folks were experiencing, utilizing every resource within their reach. LOVE to see history through the eye of the camera.
