Check back the web-site where you got your VIP deal from to read the info given at time of purchase. USUALLY - about seven days before the show, you are sent an e-mail with all the details you just asked for. Don't publish them here as the organisers do not want others trying to blag entry by turning up at the right time and place. Your show ticket is usually given to you at the venue, when your identity as a VIP guest has been confirmed. So yes, take your e-mails with you, check for new ones nearer the time (check Spam folders just in case) take your photographic proof of identity (passport, drivers licence etc) and the credit/debit card used to purchase the package. IF IN ANY DOUBT - contact the vendor help line, don't trust to on-line fan site advice - however helpful and accurate it might eventually prove to be. Even mine Have a great time! Martin

Hi ! this is Wayne from Taiwan I also bought the tickets from Crowdsurge, and didn't receive the tickets yet Me and my friend had contact to their customer support several times,But their staff always said"we are sure your tickets are in transit...You'll receive them soon..blablabla" Until now,I still haven't get the tickets, and our flight to Japan is on 11/9 What should I do if the show date comes?? Is there anybody have the same problem like me? Is there any substitute option that I can still get in the concert without the belated tickets?? p.s I have the e-mail from Crowdsurge that shows what seats I've bought and the other mail tells that my tickets were dispatched, should I print them out and bring them with me?Does it helps?

Hi Wayne, Once again, welcome to the message board! Back on the 29th of October, I had addressed your concerns in the thread that you created here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2741352#2741352 As it is now five days prior to the concert, Customer Support at Crowdsurge suggests the following: http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/
If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us a query. Please include your Order ID number, email address that the tickets were purchased with and the details about the relevant show. http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/?link=6071f267&cat=delivery&type=2&cs_css=support
As previously indicated, in the past, members that failed to receive their tickets prior to the concert date had their original dispatched tickets voided and made arrangements for reissued tickets at the venue box office. Yes, please print and bring with you the two e-mails indicating the tickets that you purchased and the dispatch notice, along with photo identification and the card used to purchase the tickets. As Crowdsurge suggests, you should contact them at this point with your concerns, particularly as you are leaving for Japan on the 9th. I hope this information is helpful. Anita

I don't think that you can do it. I am afraid that all SC & VIP tickets are sold out.

Anyone knows how many rows of people will be in each section? Like how many rows for A and B?
15 rows in each block
Ahh, so desu ne. Do you know also know what is the camera policy for the concert? Are we allowed to bring camera in?
Similarly, I was wondering whether it's OK to take food in? If anyone knows and could post the answer here, that would be great!
Highly doubtful in the extreme.

Hi, I just came back from Fukuoka, I didn't receive my tickets either and I had no problem to enter the venue. Crowdsurge sent me an email telling me the right gate where I should collect the tickets. You have to take a printed copy of the tickets receipt and one document with a photo like your ID or passport. Everything was very easy and well organized . Don't worry and enjoy the show !

Everybody Out There, enjoy the shows. I'm sure you will all be able to Work It Out in The End.

Paul's concert in Japan was great. I enjoyed it very much. But unfortunately ticket sales through the official site was worst. Many fans could not receive tickets until the day of the concert. Even if tickets were received, it was just before the concert . Crowdsurge is bullshit. Their work was too slow, and it was negligence and bad faith. When we made the inquiry to them, what they answered was just a lie. You should change to another company, such as ticketmaster.
