The APOD has printed a beautiful drawing that you can print out on your printer and color in. Nice of them, since we are all indoors!

This is one of the threads that I visit here and enjoy. I may not comment, but wanted to say there is a lot to see, to observe, to think, to try to take in and have my mind blown, be amazed, stunned and then awed by the jewels in sky, the beauty the telescopes bring to edges of our reach. I felt like I meditated on the images that I clicked on today. I always have enjoyed the miracles of the universe. Thanks.

The miracles of the Universe are so vast we have hardly grazed the surface of understanding. Yet as we reach out further and further indescribable beauty is at every click of the camera. Someday, we will be able to travel into that space.

A beautiful APOD of Noctilucent clouds in the Southern Alps and the comet Neowise streaking across the sky.

The first helicopter that should fly on Mars

Interesting that this was made into an APOD. One day we will all dance again, and what a HAPPY DANCE that will be

Really like this APOD taken on Easter Island. Saw Thor Heyerdahl give a talk about his book AKU AKU when I was in the 3rd grade. Made my mom get the book for me. It was an adventure about travel on a balsawood boat to a Magical Island. L2T was concieved while reading the book.

Jonathan, thought you might enjoy this one! We have a new rover landing on Mars in a couple of days. February 18 that is. It’s named the Perseverance Rover, a name chosen by school children.
