Well the big day finally came yesterday! The Perseverance Rover and it's small helicopter Ingenuity landed on Mars!!! Much excitement and a few tears of joy were the mood of the day. I watched the pre show and the after show. Here's a nice condensed version.

Enjoying Mars happenings. I just recently heard Sound from Mars. I would link it, but it was a mild wind if it was that ...
it is cool just to say I heard sound the captured. I also like seeing New pictures, videos and new information about the Atmosphere, the soil and the Planet in the now.
Roughly 11 minutes for photos to get here from there. -
Hi
Fool, it was interesting to hear that a gust of wind on Mars sounds a lot like a gust of wind on Earth! And interesting to hear the wheels moving out there on Mars too!Another great leap for mankind. With 23 cameras on Perseverance (2 are on the helicopter) and finally a microphone, this is the most interesting Rover yet!
Here’s a short video showing the descent stage to Mars. 1. The Parachute to slow it down 2. The heat shield being released down to the surface 3. Radar lock on safe place to land 4. The Sky Crane separates from the Back Shell/Parachute 5. The Sky Crane with the Perseverance Rover hanging down from it, take selfies of each other. 6. The landing rockets blow up a lot of dust as the Rover is put down on Mars 7. The Sky Crane immediately withdraws the connecting wires and peals off sideways, so it’s rockets don’t affect Perseverance.

Mars Ingenuity Helicopter take off at 6:30 AM from Mars
Tomorrow morning 6:30 AM Eastern time, NASA will attempt to launch the mini helicopter off of Mars for up to 30 seconds! In it there is a tiny piece from Wilber and Orville Wright’s first flight plane, in Kitty Hawk. The 2 sets of 4 foot blades will be rotating at ~ 2500 rpms. Each set of blades will be going in opposite directions to cause lift. This is because the Atmosphere on Mars is quite a bit thinner that of Earths
