You should see the northsiders (cubs) vs the southsiders (wht sox) here in Chicago! OMG! Another reason for staying home & watching it on TV.
I didn't realize the Chicago rivalry was so intense. I had heard that the White Sox felt like a second-class team because typically the Cubs get all of the attention, but I guess it makes sense to have in-state rivalries.
oh God yes...there have been riots in the streets outside of Wrigley. and the wht sox *are* the 2nd class team (even though they have won)... joking!

I can't help rooting for the Cubbies--I love a good underdog team, and now that my Red Sox have finally won the Series, it's time for the Cubs to break their "curse".

Yup. Good times. : I actually sat here and watched my Sox blow a three run lead in the 9th, and then watched the walk-off homer in the 11th. At least they're keeping pace with the Yankees.
-
Both the Yankees and Red Sox finally won their first game.....now both 1-3. Copycats
-
3 runs in the 9th by the red sox to beat my blue jays. we'll get you tonight.
