Maybe it's Cosmic Synchronicity... A crew of deep ocean salvagers recently found several million dollars worth of silver bars that were on a ship that was torpedoed by a natzi submarine off the coast of Ireland during WWII. They get to keep all of it except for around 20% which goes to England who owned the bars to begin with. Curiously...England has been looking for metal to mint coins for the new young prince.
You mean, they found gold and TOLD!!!!

Wee Prince George is the sweetest looking little fellow! So happy for Wills & Kate.

Christening pictures; http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5495/10468658946_36ce118163_o.jpg Historic photograph depicting the current and next three generations of the British Monarch. Only happened once before in the reign of Queen Victoria - before that photography had not been invented Source and copy of that Queen Victoria image here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24662966 There's some nice family group images with Kate holding George as the centrepiece - visit that BBC link to see them. I second your good wishes to the royal couple, Anita Just an observation, but assuming Kate and Wills told the truth about not knowing the sex of their child, did Kate have a pink polka dot dress and Wills have a pink shirt at the hospital, as well, in case it was a girl?
Hi Denise, taking into consideration this couple's efforts in forethought and preparedness, my guess is yes, they were prepared for either outcome.
they probably knew already. It is possible
Kate said they didn't. I'm not so sure. Hum

That's my fav. He doesn't look drugged in that one. LoL!!! Ducking. Yikes. He is awfully cute and Wills was right. He does look more like his mother, though you can see his dad in him too. The little guy really does look kingly. No kidding Does anyone else think his hair looks a little ginger? Or, is that just the lighting, oh ye photo experts?

Prince George is sooooooooooo cute, he is adorable Get busy and pop another one out! (I'm sure she'll start feeling the urge to procreate again, in a year or too, to give George a sibling and it's said they always need "an heir and a spare" Seeing how cute George is, they're bound to want more of those and they sure can afford as many as they desire. Probably one or two more. You think?
-
Prince George sure is a cutie......the rest of the family I can do without
-
I think that he looks very noble and regal...but, why is he wearing his mom's baby dress?

He's blessed/burdened with a long-standing family tradition. There's a family christening robe that goes back way back when that has been used for every significant family christening since the year dot. This time round that robe has been deemed too fragile to be used again, but, rather than break that tradition, a carbon copy has been made for George to wear. Bit of a shame I think, a chance to start afresh with something more modern was passed over. Martin PS just going off for more facts about that old robe...

Here's the low-down on that robe: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/prince-george-christening-royal-baby-2015340 A replica of a 172 year old gown first worn by Queen Victoria's daughter in 1841 and many since. Apparently George is not the first to wear it, the replica was first created in 2008 for the christening of Price Edward's son Viscount Severn. And Kate styled her outfit to match, not visa-versa. Very thrifty recycling Martin

Now this is a picture of a future king!!! LOVE it!!! Blessed with good looks from his very attractive parents, Prince George is a beautiful baby!!! I LOVE this brilliant picture!!! I am so happy to see that this photo was chosen rather than a more conservative shot - very telling of William and Kate's modern view and attitude, which no doubt will be instilled upon Prince George. Very pleased to see that Prince George is healthy and happy, and that his christening day brought so much joy to his parents and family. Very well done!

Thank You, Martin! This is what I was hoping you'd share with us!

I agree. Boys don't need to wear long lace dresses. Just saying. It probably was scratchy, too

Now this is wild...the Archbishop of Canterbury or somebody like that said Prince George "could be a Buddhist if he wants to be..." What up wi dat???!!! Did my eyes deceive? Spied in a net story...I should have read the whole thing, now wondering about that--thought he'd have to be Church of England
