Going to take Willow to Planned Pethood to have her spayed in a couple weeks. They only charge $60 plus $10 for rabies shot. I looked up Buffy's cost and the total bill was over $500 and that was in 2008!! They also have reduced rates for other shots and services. Only downside is that it's located about 14 miles from my house, instead of the 2 miles the vet is that I normally Worth it in this case though. If we ever can catch the grey kitten, will get her/him done too.

Monet ate frosting from my finger for the first time. She won't eat human food save sometudes thanksgiving turkey. She ran away after when she saw it was me. Hopefully she sees that nothing bad happened.

Got a nice snuggle from both after my shower, yesterday

Now there are two more (newborn) kittens on our front porch! Where are they coming from?! Still haven't been able to hold the gray one who is about the same age as Willow (8-9 weeks)
-
Just found out from a friend that Willow is a Tortoiseshell Calico

Finally got ahold of that gray kitten and it is a boy. He fought like crazy, but I was able to give him a half-dose of Revolution on his neck for his fleas. Luckily, Willow did not have them when we brought her into the house last month, but I dosed her too then. She had a couple days of diarrhea recently, so I changed her food to some that has no corn or wheat fillers. Also gave her some canned food (Fancy Feast) and she loved both, plus the diarrhea went away! She is a wild thing sometimes, as all kittens are, but right now she's asleep on the bed, next to my leg!

My Bengal, LilyBelle was very, very naughty. While I was sleeping she decided to give me a love bite & she got me quite badly just above my wrist.

Willow got spayed today at Planned Pethood (only $60 and that included a Rabies shot!) She did great and no problems afterwards.
-
LilyBelle strikes again My husband has just made a grilled cheese sandwich & was sitting in the living room watching TV. All of a sudden, LilyBelle jumped up on the coffee table & before anyone could stop her, she bit a big chunk out of the other half of his sandwich & took off with it.

Cats are happy I am done building canopies in the living room

Had a nice snuggle with Carmello last night

Carmello threw a fit when we were on skype last night

Spike has been all upset about the new kitten, Willow. He had one day of a bit of diarrhea, growling at us and not eating or drinking. Tried to get him in the carrier to take him to the vet and he bit the hell out of my hand! (Gave up) He calmed down later and his disposition improved, but now he's started to poop in the house (like on the stairs) and hide behind the washer & dryer! Luckily no more diarrhea!

Our Bengal gives a whole new meaning to Sneaky, Underhanded Cat Burglar.
-
Spike is back to normal, but barely tolerates Willow's shenanigans. She's just a wild kitten sometimes and wants to play! She has the advantage of claws (still) but he outweighs her by 20 lbs! And has very sharp teeth! (See my previous post!) He hasn't tried to hurt her though and just walks away.

This must be the Cat's impersonation of the late Bruce Lee!

Our kid's cat is the youngest of our 4 cats & he'll be turning 10 years old in a few more weeks. Can't believe that feisty kitten is now an "old" tom cat.

WOW! Awesome! Our Bengal loves to play with our Aussie but when the dog gets carried away, she doesn't bite him or anything, she meows super loud & runs.
