what do you think of Dogs
-
I heard recently that while dogs have a much more powerful ability to smell, that humans can actually distinguish the differences between smells, much better. They sometimes confuse smells. I still love 'em anyway!!

5 pounds, she's a tiny thing. Β It was between Sadie, Lucy and Prudence, I decided on Sadie since it was closest to Shade and would be an easier transistion for her.

I was feeling a bit tired yesterday ...
The weather hit the 40Β°F range ...
I had to take my dog for a walk.
Any time there is a day like this in February. .
A good casual day for it ... The snow on the path is melted ... ( even my dog gets a cabin fever type of thing ... or plain and simply gets to walk) ...
After that if he lays around I know he deserves the rest ... If he doesn't rest ... I see a change in him ...
* or am I fooling myself.
-
I've taken Sadie to work with me a few times and she's been doing ok there!
-
If only I could come up with a way to make money off of dog poop ... or someone lets me know how ...
I would be RICH! I did a poop patrol today ... wow... so much ... part of having a dog ...
Even though it is cold outside ... we had a good walk today
I wouldn'tΒ have guessed it ... after getting snow yesterday ... just had to wear a sweatshirt under a heavy coat ... and gloves ...
It was needed.
-
I've stayed on top of picking it up. But it is a pain to do it daily.
-
I just wanted to reply that I do keep up in general, but because of weather and a few other things I had to do.... it was more .... and if they had value, my dog could more than earn his keep ....
We could buy a second house, or a beach house or even upgrade ...
Okay too much of that
-
I've seen cars with signs on top of them advertising that they are pooper scoopers. LOL...ewwww what a stinky trade!
-
My dog started getting out of hand and chasing people on bikes ...
So I did as any responsible owner would do...
I took his bikes away.

The girls are doing great! Thanks for asking. Getting ready to walk them. They haven't had many walks since breaking my wrist. Still have to hold onto their leases with one hand, but they don't jerk much at all. Sadie seems so peaceful. How much does she weigh?

Glad your girls are doing great! Hope your wrist is on the mend.
Sadie is about 5 pounds, so she's tiny.

Do you take her with you when you fly? My neighbor used to take hers with her in a very small handled crate that she put on her lap. I don't know if they allow that anymore, though. My dogs are like 16 and 18 lbs. so too big.

I Β haven't flown anywhere since I adopted her but I am hoping to take her home with me when I go for Thanksgiving in November. I'm taking a trip in July but I think it will be too soon to take her travelling. Β If she goes with me, she will be in a carrier that will fit under the seat.
