Yep, you got it. The blurb I read in last weekends paper said...Castro & Lennon had something in common - as enemies of the US government. Which is why Castro helped dedicate a Lennon statue in Havana in 2000.
Just found this. John was not an enemy of the U.S. government. He was against the shortcomings in all governments. He is undoubtedly one of the best things to have happened to all good governments and religions on earth. "You were the one they backed up to the wall...all those years ago" ~ George
Right. Nixon was paranoid and wanted John gone because people listened to what he said about the war.
Yes, and that's where & why John was an enemy of the US Government.
You're not an ENEMY of the U.S. Government simply because you don't agree with the policies of it's Tricky Dikky Republican Party President.

In the box is the other studio in London that The Beatles recorded at. Hey Jude was recorded here, as well as some of the White Album.

So, Nancy, you must be gearing up for AROTR and Beatles' Week in Liverpool, right? Lucky you!!! Ok. In the box, which rock bassist said George Martin "gave me a career" after his famous bands broke up. He also told a friend once they should follow George on his way home from the recording studio to find out if he turned into Buckingham Palace because George was the only person they knew in R&R who spoke the Queen's English.

I saw Phil Collins from Genisis play at George's but he is a drummer. hmmm...maybe Sting after the Police broke up?
-
Not Phil. This bass player played in a group that rhymes with Bardturds.
-
Jack Bruce? I don't think he was in the Yardbirds, was he?
-
No
-
Jimmy Page?
-
No. This person got George Martin to produce an instrumental album fo him when he went solo.
-
Jeff Beck?
-
John Paul Jones?
-
Yes. Your turn.

I guessed 2x. Jeff Beck or John Paul Jones? ok...I will think of something.
-
Since I was thinking Yardbirds, Clapton, bands...today is Eric Clapton's birthday. So in the box is a band that he & George played with occasionally.
-
I assume you mean after Cream.
