Right girl, wrong songs. This was written WAY before she was Mrs. McCartney.

SurSteven:
La La Lovely Linda The Lovely Linda ~ Paul Ya...you're con fused alright, Willis!
Why won't you ever give a straight answer? You always have to joke. Why did you say on the drink thread that I staged a "coup" on this thread?

I posted the link to Karen as a reference after someone guessed the correct answer...nothing very complicated about it at all...I delegated the box to L2T because she didn't cheat by looking at the link.

: Nobody posted the correct answer before you posted the Karen YouTube link! Look above and see. I said Kokomo, you said No and posted the link! *very confused by you* love2travel said Kona Coast, so I thought you were talking to me when you said "Your turn." There is no way anyone could have gotten that answer without "cheating." Besides, it has been established on this thread if nobody knows it, you can Google it.

Now, What is the song? It was written in 1945 and recorded by Buddy Clark in 1947 and went to #1. Recorded in 1963 by Jan and Dean.
-
Was it Linda? The one her father was involved somehow with the man who wrote it?

Yes, that's the one! Now you get two turns I guess!
-
^One turn will be enough thanks! In the box, are the songs My Dark Hour ~ Steve Miller, Band On The Run, The Ballad of John and Yoko, Dear Prudence and Back In The USSR. What one thing is in common on all these songs?
-
Paul plays drums on all of them. (and I didn't "cheat" by Googling!)

Didn't think you would cheat Nancy! You have amazing knowledge about Paul and the BeaTles !! That's it, your turn!

Thanks! Thinking......

In the box is the date August 28th. What is the significance to both Paul and Mick Jagger?
-
How about a little bitty clue?
-
Something similar happened that date in 1969 for Paul and 1985 for Mick.
-
I know Linda photographed Mick and Paul for photography assignments.. Not sure of the dates?

No, nothing like that! (She photographed Mick the only time in 1966, and of course Paul for the first time on May 19, 1967 at the Sgt. Pepper Launch Party) This was a significant event in their lives (especially Paul's)
-
Did they become fathers for the first time?
-

First time for Paul, not for Mick! His son James was born on August 28, 1985 (he is on the show Vinyl, which unfortunately I think was cancelled) Mick's oldest, a girl, was born in 1970 and he has a baby on the way with Melanie Hamrick (his 8th!) Four of Mick's kids are older than the chick having the latest kid! Go ahead, you were close enough.

Earth to love2travel, your turn!

Sorry, fell asleep whilst trying to find something ops: OK, what is the name of the hotel on the final day, during a 4 day stay in NYC. The visit where the BeaTles sailed around NY Harbor in a Chinese Junk. There was a press conference at this hotel, and Linda McCartney was amongst the photographers?
