The TF-X is the one I like with the twin rotor helicopter take off and landing. Very ps...that was a very tall and big pear tree with a heliport on top.

I don't want a flying car. This is how people drive on the ground:
I think I understood some of the curse words...

I like that one too, it's like a giant drone!! Read about the alternate landings and all of the auto pilot areas of control. And the charging...I like the 500 mile radius too! This sounds so cool... What kind of fuel though? There wouldn't bee too much traffic either... Did the pear tree with the helipad, look like the Jetson helipads? Very very cool!!

Are you making fun of my fav cartoon?! I can't wait until those clothes come in to style...
-
Not making fun at all! It was more laughing because of how cool it was to watch at the time! So, why didn't they call them the Jetdaughters? Could this cartoon have in some way helped to have inspired Paul's song about suffragettes! : : :

NASA has done testing on aircraft rear stabilizer wings and found ways to cut fuel use in half, pollution by 75% and noise by 1/8 of today's levels! http://www.nasa.gov/press-release/nasa-research-could-save-commercial-airlines-billions-in-new-era-of-aviation

^ LG just introduced, at a tech show, an HD television that is like a thin glossy plastic poster that you can roll up into a tube.

I wait a while and the price comes down love doris

Heard a Navy Diver say on the radio last night that the Navy has developed a carbon based fuel out of seawater, and they are going to use it to run the fleet. He said that he was surprised that it hadn't come up with all of the political discussion.
-
^ It would be more impressive if they figured out some type of water power, carbon again... We are still in the stone age as far as energy is concerned!!! It's better than nuclear, did we ever retrieve that one in deep seas? http://agreenroad.blogspot.com/2013/02/nuclear-ships-and-subs-pose-huge-risk.html
-
^ As I recall, the only byproduct emission was hydrogen. Far better than that of nuclear energy. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/innovation/fuel-seawater-whats-catch-180953623/?no-ist

It's really good that they're trying to do something about it... Just wish it was even more. Was reading about a more efficient airline fuel that Fedex, who has committed to going greener, is going to start using. They've also been purchasing hybrid trucks. We need to see more development, worldwide, in this area, with the large corporations.

OLD TECHNOLOGY??? Ancient Laptop Carved In Stone...
-
Interesting... Delphi and Oracle... It's really interesting all of the things from the past, that now look like our modern helicopters and cell phones, laptops. It does make you wonder about time travel. The one thing though...no where to charge it! Although there were those ancient batteries and the Antikythera Computer... When we invent the time machine, we can go check it out! Just saw this!! Now if we could do this in this country! It's a no brainer, although I just watched a you tube talking about solar power as a utopian fantasy?! http://www.iflscience.com/environment/morocco-switches-worlds-largest-solar-plant Just was talking to one of those companies who wanted to put solar panels on my roof for free, take the rebate, and he would be installing a part of his corporation on my roof! Ahhhh no... Didn't think I was getting a good deal there.

Bringing modern technology back in time a few thousand years would be pretty pointless. Everything uses GPS, the internet, and the mother of all, electricity. There's a movie where someone goes back in time and uses his flashlight to show his magical powers, but then the batteries die.

Here's that telescope I was talking about. It is scheduled to be launched in October of 2018. It has a 21 ft. diameter mirror where as Hubble's is 8ft. The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) formerly known as Next Generation Space Telescope (NGST) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Webb_Space_Telescope Full scale model... https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d0/James_Webb_Telescope_Model_at_South_by_Southwest.jpg
