I just felt like screaming that in writing ..... but I am not mad at you .... and I am not mad at this place here .... feel free to add any grumbles ... YES, my dr. tells me that stress is bad for my condition. Well, I'd like to know how to avoid stress. She said..go for a walk. I can't do that---I need to be w/ LPgroom(he needs me to help him since his stroke) all I know to do is scream and let it all out, it seems to help.
