I saw the movie Interstellar in a plane ( all but the last 10 min) However, there were some interesting postulations about galactic travel to different worlds, and associated issues with those worlds, gravity wise, temperature wise etc. They wound up going to other planets in the Goldilocks zone capable of sustaining life. It was well done, and had an interesting ending, as far as I was able to see, dealing with time travel. It's always interesting, the infinite universe...relax your mind and let it float downstream, lay down all thoughts and surrender to the void... It is the ebb and flow of stardust...
I watched that movie just last week for the first time. Very interesting and creative and entertaining. I had a bit of a problem with some of the technicalities and physics, although. Overall, it was well worth watching. I will pm you the ending for a poster of Venus! ps...I have a watch that is very similar to the one in the movie!

An interstellar D ick Tracy watch? The last thing before the plane landed, was Matthew wound up behind the bookcase in his daughters room?...I was guessing it might have had something to do with another dimension on how he got there...Is it a 2001 type ending? I can hardly make sense of it all on an 8 x 8 screen. Saw Gravity the same way!

I went back in time once, but then I accidentally killed one of my ancestors, so I was never born.

You know that's the #1 rule not to break in the backwards traveller handbook!!

I read the handbook, but then someone went back in time and stopped me from reading the handbook.

You'll have to go further back in time in disguise and fix it ! too bad you don't have a Delorean!

I've never actually seen a DeLorean in person, but I'll have one in the past.

You would have to disguise the Delorean too

Disguise it as a wagon, that might work or find an empty garage at the edge of town...

Good way to blend in and not draw attention to yourself .... as to not change the future ...which would then change today

I think I got it... We live in an infinite ocean of universe...side by side in all directions...particle systems that big bang and collapse back into a singularity in a continuing cycle. A universe field/ocean They exchange some material with their neighboring universes as they do. On the micro side...we have the aethers or zero point field which is exactly the same thing in ultra planck. Now, to expand it into infinity...we must see these two dimensions layered infinitely inward and outward with neighboring spatial relative time progression passing exponentially faster as we go inward and exponentially slower as we go outward. One man's zero point field is another man's universe field...and vice versa This fits with my equation which is the logical expansion on einstein's equation... (E=mc2)<oO<
For L2T... <o = infinitely inward and O< = infinitely outward <oO< = infinitely inward and outward (smaller than known sub atomic particles and larger than our known universe particle

How did you know I always sit in the front row in class!! I've always liked that photo of Paul I'm trying to read that blackboard too, some formula ! A complex carbon chain? My chemistry is rusty

Einstein at 3 years old... He's sitting across the aisle from you. I experienced an interesting phenomenon at the age of 3 curiously. Stephen Hawking has shared the fact that he was born 300 years to the day after Galileo was born I believe is what he has said. Two weeks after Albert passed away, I had an accident that knocked me unconscious. I woke up in the hospital the next morning. I sometimes think that a little bit of his spirit and energy was absorbed by me when I was unconscious. I know technically that it was an introduction to deep thinking and day dreaming, which my 5th grade teacher noted on my report card by pointing out the fact that I would often times be staring out the window day dreaming in class. Life is an interesting and over lapping curious phenomenon for us all at times it seems.

Darn, I was hoping you were saying that Paul was sitting behind me... I wouldn't dare skip a class then Wow, perhaps you did absorb some of his spirit and energy when you were unconscious! I heard that as well about Hawking... Am finishing listening to a biography by him ...it's so interesting and so is he. Also just heard about a guy Giordano Bruno...he got everything right about the stars the Universe and our planet revolving around the sun and infinity. The only problem was that he said these things in the 1600's and was branded a heretic. The Vatican burned him alive for refusing to renounce his beliefs!! I also got written up on my report card, at about the same age, for day dreaming... And staring out the window...were you bored? Or just noticing the wind was blowing the leaves in a certain direction, and geese were flying overhead, the leaves were starting to turn color and then the leaves started to shimmer and you knew it was going to rain...
