Yes, Chad Stuart recently died, but Peter Asher is very much alive! It was Gordon Waller who died in 2009 at the age of 64. And John had nothing to do with writing World Without Love and Woman. (the latter Paul wrote under the pseudonym Bernard Webb)

They did show that one on CNN's tribute to Larry King! I cracked up!
