Rest in Peace Gene Wilder I enjoyed the movies that had acting roles in.
-
Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein are two of the funniest movies ever made by human beings, and Gene Wilder was perfect in them. He also co-wrote Young Frankenstein. And he also seems to have been a really nice guy. Bye, Gene. We miss you.

Andy, My condolences to you and yours at this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all those on this message board. Dallas Taylor made a difference in other people's lives, by becoming a counselor. I never met him, but I wish I could have. Along with quite a few others. It's a pity we can't all keep a face in a jar by the door.
-
My condolences to you for your loss, Andy.

Call me ungenerous, but here's one death I just can't find it in me to be sad about: https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/phyllis-schlafly-a-conservative-activist-has-died-at-age-92/2016/09/05/513420e2-73bc-11e6-be4f-3f42f2e5a49e_story.html

Thank you all for you kind thoughts during this very difficult time for me. His passing was totally unexpected - it was slightly less than 6 months ago that we lost our mother. That was expected, we had time to adjust. This time it was not

That's what I am still having a hard time with...the shock of the unexpected. Very sorry for your loss.
