What just happened? Yesterday there was at least 15 000 tickets available, upper side of the stadium. Now, maybe 5000....???
Now only available for competition winners?
No they are available to let people who won't receive their Crowdsurge's ticket buy it again at the box office just before the gig. But as martin wrote, don't panic ... now. Wait to read here that everybody received their tickets except you. I knew that for my Glasgow's gig. I received my tickets from Crowdsurge the day before my flight. I hope not to know that this year.

And Varsovie en rose, Rock(War)schaw... you can count me in too. I won't be far from french let it be. A gentle warning : we might scream our lungs out for "Ram On".
I suggest now that we require Big Barn Bed. Paul played it on yukulele during Memphis soundcheck.

They've obviously not been sold, that's all we can say for sure. It can't be that it wasn't up to date either, then they could potentially have sold the same seats more than once!

You're assuming that the ticket purchase and that graphic were connected. But it's entirely possible that the ticket sales and the graphic showing what was available were two separate Web designs, operating separately. So buying 4 tickets, for example, would reserve your seats for you, but, if the chart was a separate system, the sale wouldn't show up until the graphic had been updated. Not sure we can say much at all without more info.
-
You click on the chart to buy your tickets, it's interactive. I tried it out last night, you click on the seat and it adds that seat to your bag.

All I can say... ...its weird.

It is. But then so was the image that someone posted yesterday. Why on earth would most of the expensive and medium-priced seats be sold, and the vast majority of cheap seats sit untaken?? That's exactly the opposite of what happens in most every other concert -- like the Rolling Stones recent shows in the U.S. where the cheapest seats all disappeared first and it was the expensive ones that sat unpurchased. That's why I think something was messed up in the whole system.
-
We're just all a bit excited and anxious! Fingers crossed everything is ok

OK I emailed Event Travel abut Warsaw & Vienna . here is their response Good Afternoon, Thank you for your email, The concert dates are still confirmed and going ahead as planned. Kind Regards Laura

my take is the following: The gig is so expensive compared to what we earn that only hard core macca fans are going. Since it might be a once-in-a-lifetime occasion the hard cores paid more than they could afford. There won't be many casual fans at the show, in my opinion.

Thank you. Now I am really relaxed

In the instance of this event the cut-off of five working days would be Monday 17th June.
I suppose that many of you are going to take the flight on saturday morning but I'll be in holidays and I'd like to catch the flight on 18th tuesday for making tourism around Poland. The problem is that not having my tix I'm not sure about it... I think they'd have to be more responsible because I am waiting at the last minute two tickets which were bought three months ago. What would happen if I booked my flight and tix were not here on monday 17th yet? Honestly, I have no idea about what I can do. I'm not living in Warsaw and indeed it is not the same if tickets are dispatched 4 weeks before than 4 days before.

If your tickets haven't arrived before you leave then you simply give them a call and arrange for box office collection. Then they cancel the tickets they've sent out and print you new ones. I've done it a few times for McCartney tickets.

Thank you, I feel more at ease so I'll book my flight today.

I don't exactly understand how this works. They cancel the tix and have the same ones printed at the box office? What if the original tickets are delivered to the wrong postbox (things like this happen) and someone decides to use them?

Presumably the new ones have a different barcode or serial number? I don't know the ins and outs of it, I just know that when I've phoned in the past they tell me the old ones won't work and they'll have new ones at the box office. Same thing happens if you lose your tickets for whatever reason.

Generally the stadium has a box office.

I booked a ticket yesterday for one of my cousins and I noticed that Crowsurge doesn't propose anymore to send the ticket by mail. The only choice is "collection at the box office". I wonder what it means. Are all the tickets sold previously available to be sent by mail ? Do they stop to send them to be sure that all the tickets already sold arrive in time ? Finally, I booked it on eventim.pl with a international registered mail at my own address. So let's wait to know which one I will receive first.

This sounds reasonable but crowdsurge claims something different in their rules
