I've sent another email to Crowdsurge trying to find out what is going on... I bought 2 tickets in 'B' for ?320 and I can now get 2 tickets in 'A' for ?340...I obviously would have bought those in the first place if that was the case!! The 2 tickets I bought could now be bought for ?170!!

Are you sure? The stadium info says the roof is closed for acoustic reasons and all previous concerts on YouTube have the roof closed.
not sure about the roof but quite sure the doors are at 5, not the gig

I don't think it's a fraud. Somebody messed up the conversion rate really badly, resulting in bargain (though not really fair) ticket prices for those who did not buy their tickets immediately after they had been put on sale. Oh and by the way, as of now (April 04, 12:39 CET) the prices in euros at crowdsurge are back to normal, meaning 1100 PLN is being converted to 264 EUR.

I wrote an email to Crowdesurge and this is their reply: "Hello Gianna, Thank you for your email. Please rest assured our prices are still the same, however the current exchange rate does change so when changing currencies on the site you may find the prices looks a little different. If you have any further queries please let us know. We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email. Instead, reply to this email or login to your account for a complete archive of all your support requests and responses. Kind regards, CrowdSurge Customer Support" I'm writing another email because the exchange from sloty to euro was always the same! Today the prices are the same of the beginning. : : :

LOL at the trying to explain it with a different exchange rate! They're really trying to say that one day 1320 PLN was ?320 and the next say is was ?170?! That means they're saying one day 1 Euro was 4PLN and the next day it was worth 7PLN! This shows that what they are saying was never the case!! http://www.ecb.int/stats/exchange/eurofxref/html/eurofxref-graph-pln.en.html

german law is for customers. so it is in the responsibility of the business to make sure that all payers pay the same price. there is no excuse like, "I am sorry, I messed up the rates.." or something like that. I would check out the law in this case.

I would demand financial compensation through at least one of these options: A) a partial refund B) extra tickets in the same category C) replacement of my tickets for other ones in a superior category

Ryanair flyes from Varsavia to Bologna but only on the 25th and it lands in Bologna at 12.30. I'll take this flight. I think you can reach Verona in time for the sound check. There's shuttles to the railstation outside the airport and the train takes only 1h30m. There's a train at 2:10 pm from Bologna to Verona. i think the sound check in Verona begins about 5 or 6 pm ( that's what a friend af mine told me)

I don´t understand your problems. what is so difficult to book some flights? we told you about the train possibility. here is one more flight option: 23 June 13 Lufthansa: 13:05 Warsaw - 14:45 Munich, 119,55 EUR Air Dolomiti 19:15 Munich - 20:15 Verona , 109,43 ? EUR
