It would be cool if we found out what the VIP packages are for Vienna. If they're the same as in Warsaw - which seems very likely - I'll probably be going there (travel there is easier and cheaper for me). How long do you guys think those packages will be available?

Warsaw seems to be all seater floor. So Vienna must be General Admission - with VIP gaining early admission to be on the rail. So slightly different experiences.... Vienna Hot Sound package on sale now - and this is the specific description posted; Paul McCartney HOT SOUND PACKAGE includes: General Admission Standing Ticket with Early Entry Invitation to soundcheck Paul McCartney Merchandise item Collectible laminate Onsite event management staff PRICE ?499 / £449 / $724 per person including taxes Martin

Yeah, I just saw that and came here to post about it. It'll probably be Vienna for me, then.
-
As Vienna is somewhere I have not visited before, thought I would take the plunge and have managed to get a ticket in Block A2 reserved seat for around £70, just gotta find a cheap flight/hotel deal now!!
-
If you're okay with hostels, I'd recommend A & O Hostels. It's a chain with quite cheap prices. I've stayed at the one in Cologne when I went to see Paul there 2 years ago.

oh my god. wish I waited 2 hours and buy the hot package. now I contemplate that and have to sell my ticket then.-(

Had issues -- nothing came up at the website until sometime after 9:20 (the time I looked at the clock), Then got only error messages, looked like the page had crased?? then even this board wouldn't come up. Looked on Twitter and finally saw a link there, clicked on it, and since this was on my phone now, I didn't see the instruction about the code, so just logged in with my email and then didnt know what code to enter, kept trying to figure that out ( was something sent out in email??, checked that, etc.) and then finally saw the code in the far upper right-hand corner, jotted it down since it wouldn't cut and paste. Had glanced at the map of the venue, when that page was available, but it didn't help when I got to the section where I had a ticket, and there was no link to the map at that point -- really bad(!) since I had no way of telling where the seat was in the stadium. Remembered that the map had said only said Gold and the seat said Diamond, which didnt help any. Finally just gave the seat up, as I wasn't going to purchase blindly when I would be flying so far for th concert. Also not clear what the VIP is in this case -- it says diamond circle with catering, but is this sound check, or was there no sound check? Didn't see anything that indicated were the sections were, so couldn't tell where my seat would have been ( where was B1, row 1, seat 40?) was the floor only GA? Nothing clear. at all. Verdict: Glad this wasnt my only chance for a show, I'd be heartbroken.
Another tour, another fiasco. How hard can it be to announce the venue map and corresponding seats and prices beforehand?! I remember Antwerp last year, where you could only buy "a seat" . I casually ended up in row 4 or 5 centre, but that's another story.

yes, and the end of it is: i have one hot sound ticket AND one regular ticket now...:-(
-
Well, now this turns out to be general admission I'm quite tempted. Thing is, I'm possibly at Glastonbury that day, but there is a very big chance I also won't make that . Hm, let's wait for the other announcements...

Really wish I could go to this show, I've always wanted to go to Vienna...looking in to it!! I wish I knew where the other shows will be, it's difficult to spend a lot to go somewhere far and then find out that there will be something closer to where I am... Is Vienna easily accessible by train from most of Europe? Anyway... it's sooooo exciting to hear about these shows !!! Hooray

Yes. It's a capital, after all. But depending on where you are flying might also be an option if you can get a cheap flight.

Oh, I am soooo happy that he is coming to Vienna! I am so happy I can't express it into words! I bought a ticket a few hours ago...

Thank you for that

Didn't seem to have any problem logging in and getting a ticket, looks like Vienna is slightly cheaper than Poland for ticket prices.
-
Booked! First time I'll be in Vienna, not a bad place to visit Can't wait!!!
