Happy24:
Ticketmaster is sending all those tickets within days, sometimes within hours from the purchase. So I can't see any reason why would it be impossible for the CrowdSurge. If they at least tried to give some explanation. I have never been that angry with any ticket seller.
I think it's because of scalpers. You might be surprised how fast air mail is.
-
Yes, you might be right, but fighting scalpers the way that you treat each and everyone as a potential scalper is relly not a good way to do it. Just my opinion. Plus how many tickets were sold by CS? 20 or 30%? The rest went through Ticketmaster and all potential scalpers could get their supplies there without any problem. Plus in this particular case there are plenty of tickets available for the second show, so scalpers will probably have to eat their tickets anyway. So why make life miserable for those fans who used CS?

Hi everyone, I managed to get a ticket during that insane pre-sale. I'm in area 103, first row on the 7th of June I'm wondering though, has any of you gotten your ticket from Crowdsurge yet? The show is in 2 weeks and I'm starting to feel anxious about it. Postal services are so unpredictable; sometimes letters only take one or two days to arrive, and sometimes they take more than a week. I've never been to a Macca concert before, so I have no idea what to expect. All I know is I'd feel a lot more at ease if my ticket arrived....!
-
Chantal, possibly nobody has gotten tickets from Crowdsurge yet. We e-mailed and phoned them, but no answer about when the tickets will be shipped. I dont't understand what's the point of holding them for such a long time. Sent another email today.

Does anyone here bought the Hot Sound Package for the show?

Got this reply: Thanks for getting in touch. We can confirm the tickets for this event will be processed and dispatched early next week. Once your order has been sent, you?ll receive an email confirmation from us. We really appreciate your patience and rest assured we?re working as fast as we can to get you your tickets! Best wishes, CrowdSurge Customer Support Team

...and here is the answer I got on Friday: Thanks for getting in touch. We can confirm the tickets for this event are being processed and will be dispatched shortly. Once your order has been sent, you?ll receive an email confirmation from us. We really appreciate your patience and rest assured we?re working as fast as we can to get you your tickets! So their two-day work is that "shortly" was changed for "early next week." Nice.

It starts to look desperate. Ticket still not sent, CrowdSurge doesn't react at all. I wonder about the chaos when a couple of thousands people wait in front of the box office 2 hours before the show, when the box office opens. A lot of people won't be able to get into the arena even before the start of the show, not speaking about having a decent place on the floor. I am at the point, that if there was a GA ticket available at the ticketmaster.nl, I would buy it. Unfortunately there isn't. Paying twice for one ticket would be actually better than this. I have been to countless concerts and even though the ticket delivery was not always smooth, I was never subjected to anything remotely like this. They are clearly making fun of us, that is all. Unbelievable screw up.
-
They charged ?39,60 booking fee for 4 GA tickets !!!! If they get that amount on booking fee only, they could have hired a Temporary Secretary to take care of the shipment, couldn't they? Don't worry (yet), they will probably ship this week. If it turns out to be a box office pick- up, there is a possiblity that the office has early opening hours. In Antwerp I could collect them 5 or 6 hrs before the event, also via Crowdsurge. But the stress still has not gone unfortunately........
-
I tried to find out the opening hours of the box office The only info I found was in instructions to a Pearl Jam concert. It said, that the box office is situated in an opposite building and that it opens 2 hours before the show. If it is indeed like that, then those of us with GA tickets would be absolutely screwed. Maybe some dutch members of the forum can provide some info on the box office?
-
On the Ziggo Dome website it says you can buy tickets, if there are left, at the box office one and a half hours before doors open (6:30 PM, so 5:00 PM). It depends on the organiser. Just go to the ticket office on the day itself and ask if they have your tickets. I know that it causes a lot of stress now, but it's the easiest way to know.
-
Thanks for the info. I am not able to find out, how to make the ziggodome webb page work in Englih . But that is just what we need to know. Well, not too good, not too bad. Depends on how many people would be forced to pickup their tickets that way.

Still not got my ticket and I leave the UK a week on Sunday....I will give them an e-mail tomorrow and see whats the situation....I've got a seated ticket but feel sorry for the people with GA standing tickets who have to do a will call then be stuck at the back watching the big screens....My Birmingham tickets from Crowdsurge arrived 10 days before the Event.
-
Maybe beter to give them a call, email gets a standard reply. They wisely did not put the tel number on the website, but it's 0845 0508 258 in the UK. Maybe you can explain that you are leaving the country and need the tickets urgent......
-
Got an "explanation": They have to receive the tickets first. Today is a bank holiday in the UK. It probably occurred absolutely unexpectedly. : The tickets will be shipped tomorrow or on Wednesday. They say. Are they sellers? They act like re-sellers. How come I was able to print the ticket for the second show 2 minutes after I bought it at TM.nl, but CS don't "always have the ability to send them as soon as you?ve placed an order." The answer I got today, almost 3 months after I bought it!?
-
has anyone got shipped the tickets from CrowdSurge today? Another day is gone and my ticket is still not even on the way. I am sure something serious unexpectedly happened again today, like the bank holiday yesterday. But as always, the tickets will surely be dispatched shortly. Definitely not later than one week after the show.
-
I just got an e-mail from CS. My tickets are dispatched!
-
Mine too.....
-
Just got the e-mail too. It is a long way still to have the ticket in my hands, which would be a reason to be happy, but it is the first step at least

Hi everyone I was wondering about this one thing and I really hope someone here could help me out. On the ticket it says the concert begins at 20:00 o' clock. I have three questions especially to people who have already attended a recent PMC- concert: 1. does it really start on time or most likely a bit later (how much later?) 2. will PAULS concert start at that time or will there be a supporting act (if there is, how long will the supporting act play? 30 minutes?) 3. how long will the show be? I would guess about 2 3/4 hours? I'm asking this cause I need to take the train at the bijlmer arena-station at 23:19. If I can't make it, I'm forced to sit around for like two additional hours which is something I really don't want thanks in advance for your replies greetings from germany
