Hi, I'm Steve and have been enjoying some of the reissues. The deluxe versions come with a card that allows access to digital downloads. It's only recently that I had the capacity available to attempt this. A couple of days ago I downloaded the files for McCartney II and Band on the Run. Both refused to open. So I deleted them and tried again. Tried opening them in Windows 10, then using the latest versions of Winzip and 7-Zip. No joy again. I tried McCartney II one more time and now it says I can't download any more times as I've exceeded some sort of limit. The feedback form on the website doesn't work. So I'm trying this forum to see if anyone can give me some advice on what to do next. Any suggestions appreciated!

Steve, they should open with plain old Windows Media Player once you get them downloaded. Good luck!
