I'm glad to be joining such a vibrant community! I saw Paul in concert at Fenway Park in Boston. He was sensational. I've also had the pleasure of seeing Ringo in concert and was blessed to see George live in 1974.

Hi...welcome to the message board. I too was lucky enough to see George during his only American tour in '74. That was on Long Island...where did you see him?

Thank you for the warm welcomes! I saw George on December 10 in Boston in what was the old Boston Garden. Our seats were up in the nosebleed section, and the sight-lines in that building were awful, but it didn't matter - I was there. The face-value of that ticket was $10. A positive aspect of that tour which nobody seems to remember or talk about was George's donation of all profits to American hospitals in Appalachia.

That's right...I do remember him "plugging" the programs that evening, with the profits going to the Appalachian Fund. What a great night!
