I've read a lot of Chaplin biographies, and his autobiography, and none of them mention Billy Joel being his son.
But if he is, then Eugene O'Neill is Billy Joel's grandfather. How cool would that be? And I guess Josephine Chaplin would have to be his twin sister.

I think he's saying Billy Joel is an alcoholic. Or Charlie Chaplin, maybe.
Ironically, Oona became an alcoholic after Charlie died.
