I'm looking to do Hot Sound for O2 , it says premium reserved floor ticket. Realistically, how many rows back could that be? If I'm going to be far back I'll try for a £143 ticket for block 101 or similar.

I don’t know about the U.K., but in the U.S. Hot Sound is 3rd row to about 8th row. Can anyone who has had Hot Sound verify how far back it goes? I got on the site at exactly 10 am and got 3rd row once and 4th row twice, always in center section. Of course I knew exactly where I would be sitting before I shelled out the money. You guys won’t know! ️

Hi does anyone know what the cost of standard tickets will be and if there’s a age limit I want to take my daughter who’s 6?

MaccaWyman said £143. There is no age limit. 6 is fine, but get her earplugs.

£143 is the max, tickets start at about £79. Btw these are Liverpool and Glasgow prices, London prices aren’t known yet.

I am fan verified for presale tomorrow...but assigned 1pm sale time. American express sale starts at 10am. Would you try Amex first and be happy if successful...or fan presale better tickets to wait for?(and maybe not get). By 1pm fan presale could be all gone.

I would try the AMEX sale at 10 am. Will you know your seat location? Regardless, I would try AMEX.

both the hospitality package and the hot sound package list the same seats (premium PL1) but one is soundcheck and one is dinner. Does anyone know if they give priority to hot sound since it's a more expensive ticket even though it lists the same designation?

Keep in mind she might not see much except for the screens, depending wherre your seats are, especially if you're on the floor, if she's little.

Golden*Earth*Girl got hospitality. I asked her in another thread what row she had. Maybe you could PM her.

Hot sound is generally rows 3 thru 5. When the sell more it can go up to row 6....can't recall it going beyond that. Gold packages usually 11-20 or so....but I think I read someone got a gold 7th row seat somewhere

Is there anybody who knows where to buy front row tickets for european gigs? Event Travel says that were removed from their allocation. Yesterday i got my ticket for the sound check at the O2 in London. I wanted to buy the front row but it wasn't on sale .

SloTix website will usually will have links to the Euro/UK sellers. Just for fun I looked at Event Travel earlier and they will be selling Krakow VIP. So maybe things changed from when you spoke to them. Their systems did crash yesterday during the UK presale.

Yeah I noticed there was no front row option for London or Liverpool.
Also, Hot Sound says it is for rows 4-8 which is sort of crummy given the price. I'd think it'd be more like 2-5.
I went ahead and bougth it anyway because I'm travelling from California and just wanted to make sure I have a good seat secured but if somehow better seats come up, I may consider double dipping. Or I at least wish they would let you know your actual seats ahead of time.

I wrote an email to Event Travel and this is their answer"unfortunately we won’t be going on sale with any Front Row packages for London or for Liverpool. This decision has come from higher management and is totally out of our hands I’m afraid." . Maybe does Paul reserve the first rows for charity associations?
i have also bought the hot sound ticket hoping to have a good seat. So Ricky see you in London

Unfortunately, unless something changes this year, you won't find out where your seats are until they send them out, which is just a few weeks before the concert. They aren't given their allotment or told where it is until they get the tickets.

It's very different in the UK to the states, hot sound here has always gone back to row 8, and not always the middle block, and this year it's even "worse" as it's starting at row 4.

In Liverpool in 2015 his people brought people who had tickets at the very back of the arena and sat them in the front row. And although i like the thought of rewarding people it doesn't always equate that the people with seats at the back are big fans - as these 4 kept going out for lager, one looked bored, the wife wanted to sit down, and only 1 of the 4 were into it! We were 2nd row as we bought from viagogo (wouldn't do that again despite the great seats).
So maybe this time he's either having more good seats go on normal sale and taking them away from the VIP (typical the year we were trying to actually break the bank and do more VIP!), or going to bring people up from the back.
I've had such a bad year, and have been so skint, yet my sister was trying to fund a few VIP gigs (as one is my bday!), so i hope they work out ok for us. I bet this is the year VIP goes wrong!
