Download for Band on the Run not Starting

I recently bought the vinyl for Band on the Run and remembered there was a download code with it. I went to the website to download, and after successfully entering my code, I got to the page that said to "click the download icon", but there was no icon for me to click. So, I waited for about 30 minutes or so, after reading that the download might take a bit to process, but nothing showed. The downloads for my Venus and Mars & Wings At The Speed Of Sound albums worked perfectly, so I have no idea what's up. Does anybody know how to fix the problem?
