I think Paul should do somewhere like Earls Court or the O2 Arena and host the UK Christmas Shows. Maybe he could test out the "Minty Fresh" show then.

Earls court would be a good venue, O2 looks pretty full the rest of the year.

Sadly i think we here in the UK have to accept there wont be the xmas gigs this year sadly

      Why do you say that?

For an arena type gig i think frankly its a bit too late in the day now who know maybe a club type concert at best but and this is just a feeling now i don't think so. I'm wrong on many thing and trust me i hope im wrong on this one

Ok. Yes, it's probably too late for an arena gig, but maybe a theatre or club. It's just weird... Only one UK show this whole year... It's time for a new one. He should do a secret show, with the show being announced 24 hrs before.

No secret shows... 24hours advance announcement is unfair. A Christmas show(s) at the Royal Albert Hall would be the best.

Wow. Was the RAH that good? Everybody is raving...

      7/15/11- Yankee Stadium
      6/8/13- Barclays Center
      7/5/14- Times Union Center
      8/7/16- MetLife Stadium
      9/15/17- Madison Square Garden

      Thank you Paul!

Yes it was, great vibe, sound and crowd were better than the 02 arena. Of course there were the usual grumbles from people here who have seen him like 20 times in the last 10 years or so regarding the set list, but it really was a great gig.

          Seen Macca at:27/6/2010 Hyde Park - 18/12/2010 Hammersmith Appollo -5/12/2011 02 Arena - 29/3/2012 Royal Albert Hall - 23/05/2015 02 arena - 24/05/2015 02 arena - 16/12/2018 02 arena

Seen Ringo at:17/6/2011 Hampton Court Palace

so it's must be about a week maybe two before any UK Christmas dates are announced based on the last few years that when they announced them

Not true, 2009 and 2011 were part of the regular tour, and long announced by October. Late announcement = screwing non-locals over, just as in 2010.

Headed to Germany? Just saw this in Barb Potter's tweet, which notes that HP convention is in Frankfurt Dec. 4-6.

I would hope he'd go to Denmark.

Good point. There isn't much time to do announcements, plus there is the benefit show coming up, otherwise I would speculate about a December tour.

I really doubt it for Germany. He's probably going to New York after the tour, and staying there until the benefit concert is over.

Not going to happen until the new tour starts. Journalism these days: Google 'Paul McCartney tour dates', click the first hit (http://www.songkick.com/artists/300543-paul-mccartney),,) see he's performing in Canada late November and in Germany the week after that, and announce that on air. This is what happened.

Just noticed how, about 50 pages ago I thought Paul wouldn't come back to NYC this year.... oh well. And I tried for hours when tickets went onsale, using Ticketmaster. The best I was offered was either $500 across the venue or $2500 halfway back on the floor. I didn't take either so am now empty-handed. Wah!

I'm starting to feel that Paul is going to show up at the Stones show in Newark on Thursday...Which will mean he is only minutes away from me, yet so far away! If he does show, I hope it gives him the idea to play there himself, soon!!

That's for Saturday's show...I'm thinking about Thursday night's show. Surprise guest! "The guy who gave us our first hit record!" (If he doesn't show, I really don't mind, as I won't be there!)
