Is it too early to start discussing 2020 plans?

Here is the original picture used to create the posters for the upcoming tour:
Regarding rumors: I wonder why that Ejekt Festival in Greece shared a picture of Paul's acoustic guitar on their social media if he's not playing there... just a smart publicity stunt?

I can see it without problems, but here is a link for you. Hopefully it will work.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Can't see it either, and the link doesn't work either. It would have been nice if Paul had played in Greece for the first time. Merry Christmas!

Perhaps this one, then?

Rumours about a concert at Maracaná in October/November to conmemorate the 30th anniversay of the Guiness record, with maybe some other gigs in South America.

One of the most important newspaper in Brazil (O Globo) are also reporting this information; producers are trying to bring back Paul to South America in October/November, and Rio de Janeiro is a strong possibility because of the 30th Anniversary of the Guinness concert in Maracanã. Although the Maracanã is a obvious choice, it's not confirmed thath the show will take place there. Since 2019 huge shows in Rio are happening in Jeunesse Arena (Paul has already performed at this arena in 2014).

Translation of the original newspaper article, pictured above:
30 YEARS AT MARACANÃ
There are negotiations for Paul (always him) McCartney to do a new tour of South America, between October and November. The itinerary would include Rio. It would be a way of celebrating 30 years of his first performance at Maracanã. Wonderful!

Any potential UK rumours? Otherwise this is a very bad year for UK gigs (glasto doesn't count) with neither Macca or the Stones playing home. I've got my fingers crossed for Bob to come back!

Good luck! Let's pray.

How long in advance does he usually announce US tour dates? I bet he'll do a few concerts over there anytime between July and November.

He needs to do some more U.K. dates - it's unfair that he's basically teasing the home crowd by playing Glastonbury but no other shows. Glasto sold out months ago before Macca was announced!

Paul will return to the UK sooner or later. He performed in Liverpool, Glasgow and London 13 months ago, so this time he's going to places he hasn't been to in a while (or ever) in Europe.
Nearly every year he does a few shows in the US during the Summer/Fall, so those will probably be the next announcements.

No, at this stage now he needs to stick to home more

Do you mean the UK? If so, a few dates could probably cover it. The thing with countries like the US is they're so big it's impossible to really get around in just one or two stops.

I agree with you. My bet is July and/ or August in the US and then Brazil to end the tour with a possible celebration of 30 years of his first performance in Brazil. Fingers crossed!

I would be surprised if he didn't schedule a few concerts in the US later this year anytime between July and November. That's why I'm wondering how long in advance he usually announce concerts in that country.
