      "The Sons and Daughters of America (1964-1968)"

      A segment on BUCK OWENS features THE BEATLES being fans of country music.  Buck Owens was a fan.  George Harrison listened his father records of

       and Chet Atkins was his hero.  John sing Hank Williams' "Honky Tonk Blues," Paul liked Marty Robbins and Ringo liked Gene Autry.

      tbe song: ACT NATURALLY (Vonie Morrison/Johnny Russell).  B side of The Beatles' "Yesterday."

       Buck Owens heard their version and loved it!  Buck Owens and his Buckaroos return the thank you in a comedy way by wearing Beatle wigs and perform their songs.  Buck gained a younger audience because of the Beatles' version.
