I am looking at my Abbey Road album which automatically downloaded onto my Amazon Music icon and I see at the bottom the copyright says 2015, but next to each of the 17 songs it says "Remastered." Doesn't that mean they are the 2019 remasters? (on the back cover it says "2019 Mix.") I'm confused!

No. They're the 2009 remasters. The George Martin mix. I'm sure Giles Martin was NOT commissioned by Apple Corps to create a 2015 remaster.
