What a hopeless situation. I made a request for refund few weeks after event. Cant see why they dont refund automatically. The Ticketone website is a cpmplete mess if you're non-Italian.. Have now 800 euro;s spent on Paul McCartney 2020 concerts where the man did not sing a note. Anyone has a tip how to deal with this?
The problem with ticketone.it is that there is no confirmation if the request is checked in. I had the problem in june, when I send my demand for 2 tickets, and I received a mail after the limit date with only one voucher ! I'm afraid that the 18th october they'll send another mail explained that my request is not valid, for any reason.

Still nothing. Anybody got back any refunds?

This morning TicketOne applied the refund on my c/c.
Hoping the same to you, i think it's coming to everybody. At least i hope so.
Have a good day! -

Have a good day!Did TicketOne refund the full amount, including all their extra charges? Pre-sale fee, the cost of sending the tickets by mail, etc.

No. The refund does not include the shipping costs and neither the pre sale fee, but, given what the prospects were at the beginning, we must be satisfied, even if it is not correct, of the reimbursement of the cost of the bare ticket

Not surprising, but still disappointing.

It would have been more correct if they had only withheld the shipping costs and refunded the pre sale fee.
They are really cheats!!!

New mail yesterday from ticketone.it :
Dear Customer,
with reference to your request to convert the voucher related to the Paul McCartney event, we inform you that the data you entered was incorrect or insufficient. We kindly ask you to check with absolute precision the correctness of the IBAN indicated. In case of no reply or incorrect IBAN, the refund cannot be processed and we will not proceed with a further request. It's incredible, they'll try every thing to do not refund the tickets ! One of my friend have receive yesterday the same response. It's strange that him and me entered wrong IBAN on the same time ! I'm really stunned.
-
Judging by the above post, it looks like TicketOne is making the refund process as difficult as possible, in order to avoid giving people their money back.
Why request IBAN info months after the cancelled concerts when other countries like France and Spain quickly refunded everyone through their credit cards?
-
I had purchased tickets from TicketOne to watch another artist's concert in Italy a few days after Paul's shows. The refund procedure was the same: fill out a form until a certain deadline and wait.
The deadline was in July, so I did as requested and afterwards TicketOne did not waste time sending me a voucher. They issued a refund through my credit card in October, so I wonder why not act in the same manner with tickets for Paul?
-
I am speechless! I thought everyone had received their refund by now. It would have been easier, fairer and more honest to refund ticket holders directly to their credit card automatically! However, they cannot exempt themselves from making the reimbursement because the law approved on July 18 is clear. Probably, given that the reimbursements they have to make are over 60,000, it still takes some time.

We must not give it a win. Rewrite again by entering the iban again!

So you still haven't received your refund for Paul?

I, for example, haven't yet received a refund. Just the email saying that the IBAN was wrong like the others (very strange because it was right). I answered them with two emails - one normal with iban (again) and other asking if they received the email - but nothing so far
