In relation to Paul McCartney's concerts, Lenny Kravitz and Hollywood Vampires that have suffered cancellation due to the epidemiological emergency, D ' Alessandro and Galli informs that he will proceed to a monetary refund for the said events.
We ask the kind audience for a little more patience to define timetable and reimbursement procedures that we promise to make known by September 10

Here's the real reason why D'A&G surrendered!
"Music, Franceschini: "12 million euros for canceled concerts" The contribution may be requested by the organizers of the live shows that have been skipped between February and September"

So it basically sounds like the live entertainment business got a government bailout? On another note, I received the e-mail supposedly from Ticketone.it today asking for my bank info so they could issue a refund as my original purchase wasn't complete! Obviously a scam going on here with someone pretending to be Ticketone.it as I have already received my refund and I find it unlikely Ticketone would have issued the tickets had they not received payment! There was also what appeared to be a scam attempt posted here yesterday that had nothing to do with the Maccaboard. I see it was removed already. Be careful out there as it appears that after being scammed by D'A e G now there are others out there trying to steal our money!

I have just checked the TicketOne website and the only method of refund mentioned is through a voucher. No info about cash refunds for McCartney's concerts yet.

Hi Carlos,
If you read the link at Ticketone.it the language has chaged to include the option of a refund. Of course they don't make it entirely clear as they still are trying to get away with issuing those useless vouchers. Click on the Ticketone.it link for cancelled shows and it should ask you to input your ticket information for a refund, much like the previous form for requesting the voucher.

Thanks! There's no English version for the refund request but I assume you mean this page?
