Check D'A e G's Facebook page. They state that the refund process will be finalized on or by 12 Sept.
Thank you! I'll check it.
My bad! The Facebook page actually says 10 Sept!

I have just checked the TicketOne website and the only method of refund mentioned is through a voucher. No info about cash refunds for McCartney's concerts yet.

Hi Carlos,
If you read the link at Ticketone.it the language has chaged to include the option of a refund. Of course they don't make it entirely clear as they still are trying to get away with issuing those useless vouchers. Click on the Ticketone.it link for cancelled shows and it should ask you to input your ticket information for a refund, much like the previous form for requesting the voucher.

Thanks! There's no English version for the refund request but I assume you mean this page?

Since I didn't request a voucher, this is not so good:
The request for monetary reimbursement will only be accepted from customers who meet the following characteristics:
- a refund has already been requested through voucher within the timeframe set
- voucher must be intact, not partially used
- voucher has been issued for one of the cancelled show, indicated in the relevant section
- the reimbursement request of the voucher must be submitted within 30 days from the date on which the platform was made available or within the deadline indicated by each Organizer
But since my credit card already applied a refund, I guess I won't worry about it.

TicketOne is doing confusion! Let's wait the 18 and certainly there will be a new form, more correct, to request the refund

If you have already got a refund from your cc, i think you don't need to do anything more

They should just cancel the original credit card transactions and issue refunds without the need for customers to make any requests. That's what other European ticket vendors did for Paul's cancelled concerts.

I totally agree with you, but, given how they have behaved so far, the only thing is to follow what they will say

Has everyone who asked for a voucher received it? It seems you need to have the voucher already before asking for the cash refund.
