Italian fans are very angry!

TicketOne's reply:
Gentile Cliente,
la informiamo che la pratica di rimborso risulta completata tramite voucher
Cordiali Saluti
So they do not want to give refunds.

I don't remember reading this before, but it's from the ticketone website:
IMPORTANT - LATEST UPDATES 20 JULY 2020
We inform the kind public that article 183 of Law no. 77 of 2020 (conversion into Law of the so-called "Relaunch Decree"), published on 18 July in the Official Journal, has made significant changes to art. 88 of Law no. 24 of 2020 (so-called "Cura Italia") and therefore to the organization of reimbursements and the procedures for issuing vouchers with particular reference to "Light Music ".
In the light of the new text of the Law, which intervenes after 4 months of full operation of the previously consolidated legislation, the organizers have informed us that to correctly implement the new legislation they are already working, also through their own trade association, to acquire from the Authorities competent the necessary insights and clarifications .
TicketOne, as a ticketing company operating in the name and on behalf of the aforementioned Organizers, will update the ticket holders as soon as possible on the basis of the application results of the Law and the instructions that it will receive from the Organizers themselves.
Sounds like they're still trying to get out of issuing real refunds.

Yes, today they sent the same text in an e-mail. And yes, they do want to get away with issuing real refunds. They owe ten thousands of fans money for these cancelled shows.

Do not fill in the form you find on their website but write an email to legale@pec.ticketone-pec.it and to diandgi@pec.dalessandroegalli.com in which you ask for the monetary refund and refuse to issue the voucher.

I received this in an email from ticketone. I'm pasting both original italian version and the google translated to english version. The later makes no sense to me because it seem to want ME to wire transfer additional funds to them!?!?

You can't send an e-mail to those e-mail addresses, because the e-mail comes back as rejected.

What's the latest on this? I still haven't received a refund. Thanks everyone.

No news. The law entered into force says to request a refund by August 18. So write again to Ticketone and D'A & G to ask for a monetary refund.
If you can't write to their pec, maybe you could write to these addresses
ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it this one for Ticketone
and choose one of these for D'A&G
Write to both Ticketone and D'A&G

Maybe then at those addresses you can only write from a pec.
So try these
ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it this one for Ticketone
and choose one of these for D'A&G

Today I received a message from the group initiating the petition we signed to request a real refund. They also said claims must be requested by August 18, but didn't provide any information on how to do that! So, I just emailed ticket one and promoter using addresses provided by Gianna referencing my order number and total cost. I hope that's sufficient.
Although my cc did post a credit to my account, it was considered "temporary" and I'm afraid they may take it back. So I want to be sure all bases are covered by requesting the real refund from ticket and promoter agents as well.

I have also emailed the email addresses provided by Gianna. Thank you.

The response to my email (very similar to what I posted from the ticketone website):
Further to the legislative changes made to art. 88 of Law no. 24 of 2020 by article 183 of Law no. 77 of 2020 (so-called "Relaunch Decree"), published on 18 July in the Official Gazette, D'Alessandro and Galli, to implement the new legislation, which intervenes after 4 months of full operation of the previous legislation, is already operating, also through its trade association, to acquire the necessary insights and clarifications from the competent authorities.
D’Alessandro e Galli, as well as TicketOne, the ticketing company interested in selling tickets for the shows it organizes, reserves the right to update the holders of concert tickets as soon as possible, also by updating the FAQ.
Best regards.

Before the law to protect our rights came into effect, I had written many PEC to Ticketone and they had always replied to me.
After the entry into force I wrote, always a PEC, to reiterate that I refused the voucher they had sent me without my request and to request the monetary refund due to me according to the law, and strangely up to today I have not yet received their answer.
Better this way! -

Better this way! It's true! It is better that they do not respond. However, they will have to give some information, since the deadline to request a refund is August 18.

Why is it taking so long for them to process the refunds?!

Because they are scammers and crooks.

This is direct from D'A e G's Facebook page. Good news for those still waiting for their refunds!

In relation to Paul McCartney's concerts, Lenny Kravitz and Hollywood Vampires that have suffered cancellation due to the epidemiological emergency, D ' Alessandro and Galli informs that he will proceed to a monetary refund for the said events.
We ask the kind audience for a little more patience to define timetable and reimbursement procedures that we promise to make known by September 10
