Such a great show!!!! Paul's voice was amazing, and I'm so excited i got to hear Mull! Set list was the same as St Louis, except My Valentine was earlier, and Mull of Kintyre was in the second encore after yesterday.

I can confirm pipe band members just walked past us into BC Place he will be doing Mull with the Vancouver Police Pipe band
OMG! Thank you for that confirmation! That's awesome! First time Paul has EVER done a concert in Vancouver, other than when he was still with the Beatles, and he's doing Mull of Kintyre! I wish he had done Mull in Montreal last year (we have a few awesome pipe bands here, too!) but we got Michelle and Birthday and Ram On, so I cannot complain. Still just a tad jealous, tho!
He won't do Mull in Montreal... It would've been a nice addition though Just realized... Will this be the first time he has done 2 back to back nights of Mull of Kintyre, let alone 3 times on one leg? McCartney history for ya, folks...
He did "Mull..." back to back during the Up and Coming Tour in 2010...Toronto.
Correct. And I saw it at the three Scottish shows (in a row) in 1979.

Think I spotted a Premium (ex-Premium?) member in that one photo from the Vancouver Sun!

It was a fantastic concert. I dharma the divine light that shines upon each concert and Christ light shining upon the Universe. YHWH, Andromedon. Divine peace, Creator YHWH Andromedon

I hope you continue to feel better, Sri Joni. I know seeing Paul a few weeks after my car accident helped my healing process.

What a fantastic concert. Paul came to sound check in a very good mood, put up with all our razzing & gave us a big welcome, which we gave right back. The food was great, real spicy. The concert was one of those special ones where you can't believe it, can hardly take it all in. His voice was smooth & pure especially on his solo acoustic songs, amazing. Of course the band was in good spirits too. Rusty got his little solo, the whole place reacted with applause as if to say oh, sorry, we forgot you with Paul being on stage. Abe once again blew everybody's mind, Brian was all over the place, I think he was having the most fun. Wix came on with the best licks I ever heard from him. The energy of the group & the crowd stole the show. They love him so much. So many characters in the audience, such a colorfull crowd, even some of Paul's relatives were there, but he didn't tell us which ones. The sound was pristine. The work they did on the arena made the acoustics perfect. Paul danced with us, cracked jokes, sang all his wonderful songs & then brought on the bagpipers. I thought I was in heaven. So worth it!

New jokes? Do tell!

I think that "magmazing" (where Mull of Kintyre is posted on You Tube) is still uploading concert videos from last night. So far, there is Mull of Kintyre, Blackbird and Live and Let Die.
-
He gets pretty creative there with his picking on Blackbird!
-
Three words. Thank you Paul!

He did that in Houston; some thought Paul had lost his way a bit. Turns out, he meant to do that. I like it.
