Can't believe 'The Word' hasn't got a fixed spot in the setlist. Could this be the 'Please Please Me' (and the list is much longer) of the US?
He dropped "the word" and "come and get it" pretty quickly. Maybe he decided they don't work that well live.
But everyone went crazy for HOD...and now that's gone too.

I wonder whose birthday it is?
Probably Nancy. November 20. I wouldn't be surprised if it sticks through this round.

I guess he considers that one more suitable for Latin American countries, just like "mull of kintyre" for Scottish audiences.

He didn't really dropped 'The Word', was played on every single show I saw in late 2011, early 2012. And while it was undoubtedly one of the - if not THE - best McCartney concert experience I ever had, after the crowd reception on the nights I saw it, I knew 'Come And Get It' was a goner for the next leg. And it was. 'The Word' is one of the best performances this band has ever given. It worked as a charm, the band can sound so full of energy when they are playing something exciting.

'Yesterday' and 'Helter Skelter'.

Is that even correct English? He has fallen. Again. 'Abbey Road'-medley/'Sgt. Pepper'. Done. I will save martinput the hassle, and say this thread now belongs to the concert reports ;).
-
Just a trip or... full on to the floor?

No, you're right. I just wondered what had happened.

"The first reports are now in!" . Apparently he fell off his piano stool during the 'Abbey Road'-medley, but he shrugged it off as always.

Wait, hold on, just one more thing: he did played 'Lady Madonna', 'Birthday' was added as fourth (!) song in the first encore.
