sgtpeppervaleri:
Hot Ticket Packages have been added to the Tickemaster site as Presale. Anyone have an idea what that includes/price/how to get presale code? Hot Ticket Packages Start: Tue, 09/11/12 09:00 AM CDT End: Thu, 09/13/12 10:00 PM CDT Hot Ticket Packages Start: Fri, 09/14/12 10:00 AM CDT End: Wed, 10/24/12 05:00 PM CDT
You shouldn't need a presale code, just a credit card and be preregistered on TM. There are several different packages, most expensive is about $2000 for front row w/soundcheck, meal & swag.

I'm curious did you get the gold package or just go for best available through presale? I just did the presale and got Section B row 2. I saved the those tickets while I checked the Gold package and they were section D row 9, so I saved a ton of money and got better seats.

I pulled Section B row 5, Section C row 20 and section D row 18 when I was looking. I'm not going to the Houston show, I just thought it would be good to test out the system for the show I'm buying tomorrow. I did the packages afterwards and could only pull Hot Sound packages, I think they were row 5 Section C.
-
For future reference what I think happened is the VIP packages are up for sale for the general public while the seats were only available to premium members on this site. Just now i was still able to pull up Section B row 24.

I happened to check the PMc Tours site at 9 a.m. CDT and found the link to tickets had been activated. I was directed to crowdsurge.com and was able to pull tickets to all sections, including C, several rows back - but decided to get A on the 2nd row. I really appreciate the PMc site making this pre-sale available to premium members, especially after all the negative comments in the forum from folks who said there would be no special access for us. Now .... I feel fine!!!!!!!!!!!! See you guys in Houston on Nov. 14.

Hey guys, New to the forum and this will be my first time seeing Paul in concert. I was able to obtain section A, row 2, seats 1-4. I would guess these would be best available but is seats 1-4 to the left or the right of the section? Please tell me to the right. I called both Minute Maid and Ticketmaster and neither of them had a seating chart.

My uninformed guess would be that the seat numbering follows the lettering of the sections. In other words, the front sections go left to right from A to E - so I would guess that the seats would be numbered A1 to A50 (or however many seats are in a section). It doesn't make sense to me that they would number the seats in the reverse direction from the letter designations - but I could be wrong, I guess.

Going to concert in Houston, I went for the $175.00 tix. I got Section E, 5th Row. I am so excited. I was going to hold off buying tix but I just couldn't resist once I got the pre-sale e-mail. (And I didn't even check it until tix had been on sale for an hour already). For curiosity sake I checked the least expensive VIP tix. They wanted $450.00 for Section J, several rows back.... Now, who knows a good place to stay in Houston? Is Minute Maid Park easy to drive to? Any public transportation? Do you think there will be taxies available? Hope to see some of you in Houston!!!!

Hi Ya All! Well, the e mail from PM.Com tipping me off to the upcoming concerts sure did its job: SEE YOU IN HOUSTON!!! My seat is right under Paul's nose! Well, row 3 sec C , pretty good huh? Thanks for the notice, and it was early enough too!

I like staying at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Houston. It's walking distance to Minute Maid and free parking. Downtown is very congested during rush hours but very negotiable and good taxi service and hotel shuttles at most downtown hotels.

. Minute Maid is walking distance to many downtown hotels, restaurants, bars etc.. There is also public transit via the Metro Light Rail.. You will probably spend quite a bit more on a hotel downtown than other places. I would suggest doing some research and asking questions on the Houston tripadvisor forums.

Thanks for all the help on here for presale info! I'm going to the Houston concert Section B 5th row seat 30. So excited!

I just grabbed a standard room with 2 queen beds using my AAA card for $159 + tax at the Holiday Inn Express, 1810 Bell St. in downtown Houston. We've stayed here many times. It's .8 miles from Minute Maid Park - a nice, easy hike, assuming no health issues. No need to pay exorbitant parking fees or transportation fees. Lots of good, nearby places to eat. The hotel is neither luxurious, nor one of the top rated ones - but location is excellent. http://www.hiexpress.com/hotels/us/en/houston/houls/hoteldetail

I'm sooooooo sad. I was not able to get floor tickets presale for my home town show. For whatever reason I was having trouble with the link. Bitterly disappointed. But I am going to persist. Congrats to all of you who got your seats. Welcome to Houston!!

Try again on the public sale date. Are there any other presages coming up tomorrow?
