I just made a Pioneer Member button (from the official web site) to wear to this concert. Maybe other members will wear a button also so we can recognize each other. Can't wait!
-
I just reread this thread. Kwind, don't worry about going to the concert by yourself. You will have a great time and be surrounded by fellow Paul fans.

What songs should Paul sing, that he didn't write, that relates to Texas? -Midnight Special - A Buddy Holly song (Blue Suede Shoes, That'll Be The Day, It's So Easy, Heartbeat) -Others?

I'm thinking "It's So Easy" as that often appears in his soundcheck (or used to, at least), he loves Buddy Holly, owns most of Buddy's songs, and covered it, twice, on the Buddy Holly tribute CD.

Anyone staying at the Club Quarters?
-
Has anybody got their tickets yet? I haven't.
-
I have not received my tickets either. CrowdSurge said it would take 2-4 weeks. The concert is 3 weeks away...

Sounds quite normal for Crowdsurge. Unlike TM, who get physical tickets out of their despatch facility asap, Crowdsurge's despatch window is the period 2 - 4 weeks before the event. It's a regular fret seen here, the different approach does cause some concern but we do not get any reports of failed deliveries. Just remember though, in that very unlikely event, a call to CrowdSurge will see missing tickets cancelled and substitutes placed at the event box-office for collection - even up to show day itself. The angles are fully covered, so don't worry.... Martin

well, it's just that my friend was going to go with me, but he later found out that he couldn't afford to pay for the ticket, and nobody else was willing to spend the $175 ticket so I sold them on StubHub, and got myself a floor seat. In the listing I detailed that I would ship them out 2 weeks prior the concert. If I don't, then I think I will have to pay a fee or could loose the purchase. I just don't like getting this close to the deadline. Hopefully they will ship out any day now.

I guess. Usually fans are blowing up this place a couple of weeks before a concert. Hope you make some noise at the concert.....

When I get back from the concert, I expect/hope my voice will be so worn that I sound like the lead singer of AC/DC
