I hope he releases an acoustic version of Undressing Underwater, though...

Poor little Rusty
ops: Do you prefer acoustic music? As for me I love the noise of guitars. But I'd love to hear Rusty singing with acoustic guitar only. It must be very very very

I prefer elecrtic tooo, but like Back In The World, it would be a snapshot of the sounds I experienced, and bring back the whole live experience to me.

Useless Horse Trivia: here's a story that ran online about how your pet can put you on a giant guilt trip. My horse in the story, Willem, was sadly euthanized last year after a brave battle with founder.
But the story is so funny that I wanted to share; my friend Jill is the one with the Jack Russells, and they are the most spoiled dogs I know. The horse photo is also on the cover of a new book called A Passion For Horses. I bought a new horse a month after we had to put Willem to sleep. Here's the link http://www.vetcentric.com/magazine/magazineArticle.cfm?ARTICLEID=1616 More Useless Horse Trivia: last year, while in Ireland, Rusty went riding before the Dublin show (not on the day of). I said "What kind of horse was it?" He said "Giant." Fiona, I am sure you can imagine how jealous I was, there's nothing like going for a hack on a big Irish horse! I think it was the day before the show there, I am a bit fuzzy on the dates. Zallen, Rusty's friend and former Eulogy bandmate, has an album of soundtracks that is being considered by a few big league dressage riders for their Musical Freestyle.
Corinne, that's a fantastic article! Thanks for posting it. I can totally identify with some of these stories. My cat and dog guilt trip me no end for daring to go to work every day!! We humans think we own our pets, but they actually own us. So sorry about Willem - it's tough losing an animal you love. Rusty on a giant Irish horse - that must have been a fun day! This is my dog, Chica.
-
Fi, she is so cute!!
I hope I got it right and Chika is she
ops: She looks pretty young, very nice doggy.
-
Yes, Chica is a she! She was about a year old when that photo was taken, so still a puppy. She's three and a half now.
-
Thanks! What the breed is she? It looks like hunting?.. Is there a medal on her neck?

I have just received my DVD of Paul's Madrid concert from the summer 04 tour ( I have given up all hope of an official DVD/CD) and it's great. Rusty as usual looks fabulous.
ops: It brought back great memories as I was at that concert.
Congrats! Is the quality good? Can you see anything? As for me, I could only get concert in Red Square. I put here shots from it. Rusty looks great.
Diana, it's not bad quality at all considering it was probably shot off the monitors. The only bad bit was Helter Skelter which is totally out of focus, and I've been told that was intentional by the camera crew...to give it a sort of psychedelic feel....what idiots! And Helter Skelter was the one I was looking forward to most on the DVD as I had to miss it at the concert. We had to leave straight after Hey Jude to be outside Paul's hotel in time for HIM coming back from the concert.....meeting Paul more than made up for it all, though

Thanks. Mine quality is good too. It was made by professionals, have no idea - how someone can steal and sale it? I was always wondering - how could you take your autograph of Paul????

As to how can someone steal it.....well there are a lot of people who probably went in with decent quality video cameras and kept them trained on the monitors or big screens at the concert....and let's face it...they steal it, but we buy it....I mean if Paul had released an official DVD right after the tour, I wouldn't have bought this one....I didn't buy any unofficial ones from the BITW tour. Now about the autograph, I think it was just a case of being in the right place at the right time...I was lucky that my friends in Madrid found out which hotel he was staying at, and they had also heard that Paul had signed autographs for fans after his concert in Gijon. So we decided to leave the concert early and try our luck.....the worst that could have happened was that Paul would not sign anything and we would have missed the end of the concert.....but as it happened, he did sign...there were about 23-24 of us waiting, and he signed for all....and needless to say it absolutely made my day......in fact it made my life!!
I have jokingly said that I can die in peace now.....I have flown over the Grand Canyon, I have been to Egypt and I have met Paul McCartney!!!
My life is complete
Now all I need is Rusty

Yes, I know that someone can come in with the camera, but my version was filmed by the real profs!! You can see Paul and the band from the scene. How could it be? Thanks for sharing. I LOVE all these stories how fan could met Paul, how it was... Awwwwwwwww I'm so jealous!!!!
ops: You are right it would definitely made my life. But I'm afraid my dream will never come true.
There is a website where one guy wants to sell Macca's sign!!
For 500$

Thanks, Corinne. What a great story! LOL! And so true! Animals are experts at getting and their own way and are even better at making us mere mortals feel guilty. Animals are just brilliant! Sorry about Willem - he was a gorgeous looking horse.
